Well started looking for furniture and looked at The Room Place Web site. Liked what we saw so went to Unilocal to see comments and was disappointed but come to find out comments were old and out of state so me and the wife said let’s go and see. Some comments said sales staff was very aggressive as soon as you came through the front door, we found this to be false. We did get approached by a salesperson by the name of Brianna she was not pushy, asked if she could help us. We already knew what we were looking for and so she showed us the way and explained all the warranties and features of what we were looking at and was very polite and patient. Me and my wife looked over the furniture for the build and quality of material we were pleased of what we saw. Long story short we ended up buying a complete living room set and a complete bedroom set, asked if everything was in stock and it was. Asked for the next weekend for delivery received our call on Friday with the window between 11 and 2 for Saturday delivery. Received a call on Saturday saying they were going to be there in 15 minutes and they were right on time, friendly delivery people, fast, courteous, clean and set everything up with no damage to any furniture no scuffs no scratches everything is great. We will be returning to The Room Place for our next purchases. Just felt I had to leave this comment, sometimes you just can’t go off of someone else’s displeasure. We are very satisfied!

I’ve tried for 2 days to place my order online. I keep getting an error message that says we cannot process your order at this time, please contact xyz number to place your order over the phone. So I called the number and the support person told me that I have to call the individual store to place my order over the phone. I called the Greenwood store and Molly told me they don’t take orders over the phone, I have to come in… very disorganized.

My honey and I decided to get new living furniture. Our first time buying furniture together and after reading some negative reviews, we almost didn’t go to the Room Place BOY… am I glad we didn’t listen. Our experience was outstanding from the minute we entered the store. Our sales gal, Michelle understand we wanted to look and not be bothered until we were ready. We looked and looked and Michelle was near but never intruded. We selected a couch and love seat, paid and arranged delivery. Delivery day… How Wonderful! The store kept us informed 3 days in advance of what to expect and the drivers showed up exactly when they said they would. They were kind, considerate and placed the furniture exactly where I wanted. Our entire experience was outstanding and I would highly recommend them to anyone

I’ve went in here twice to look for a new mattress. Their sales staff is very pushy, and they stalk you around the store. The salesman followed my husband and I all around the store after we had already spent a good 45 minutes with him listening to him drone on and on! We just wanted a few minutes to discuss amongst ourselves and decide what to do. I’m going to try to buy a mattress online instead of dealing with their aggressive, overly-talkative sales staff who missed the first lesson in sales: stop talking and LISTEN to your customer!
