Avoid these guys at all costs, they are exceptionally unreliable. I booked transportation from Airport to hotel and back. Booked 1 month in advance and followed up with an email to them confirming details. Arrived at the airport late at night, no limo. Called the next day to complain. They said they didn’t have the reservation, but would look to see if they had my email. Called couple of hours later and admitted that they had the email and had blown it. Offered to provide free ride back to the airport to make amends. Sounds like a good resolution to an unintentional mistake except that at 3:23 AM for a 4:45 AM pickup, got text from driver saying he wasn’t coming because his car would not start. REALLY! No offer to assist us with alternatives, no further contact from the company, just didn’t care. If you need transportation in Indianapolis, take a cab. If you can’t do that, walk, you will get there faster than you will with these guys.

We used this service a few days ago. It was taking a few people 10 min longer to finish work and the owner driver told us that we don’t pay him to wait on people. After that he put the vehicle in drive and sped off with the doors still open an told us that the rest of our people quote. «we can f*** off and take a cab I’m not waiting. In those exact words. When we told him that we were paying by the hour for his service he tried to leave us in a bad part of town with no ride. We got back to the hotel and were told that this guy is always doing that to customers and the hotel didn’t recommend we use him again. Please don’t use this guys service. On top of it we can’t complain because he is the owner as well
