I have used this location for almost a year and when the Black ladies (different ones every time) were working, I had a very pleasant experience — upper lip waxing done quickly and painlessly. the last two times I have been in ³⁄₂₀₁₅ and ⁴⁄₂₀₁₅ an Indian woman was there. She has ripped off skin off my face both times and not used any product to prevent infections from occurring (there is an alcohol based post-​wipe solution that the other ladies used). I am moving so I won’t be coming back, but if I were to have stayed in Indy, I would be looking for a new place to get my facial care done.

Came back here in December just for brow threading. The ladies were all very chatty, gossipy. It was pretty unprofessional. I waited for a while, which was fine. But when it came to the brow threading, this was probably the worst I’ve ever had done. The end result looked fine. But the process was absolutely painful. I didn’t time it but I swear it took at least 15 minutes. The girl who was doing my brows didn’t speak English very well and just seemed very inexperienced. She got no compassion from her boss when the credit card machine wasn’t quite printing correctly. I felt bad for her. It didn’t seem like she had any guidance or training at all. I thought she was going to smash my eyeballs with the pressure she was applying. I felt like I was going to pass out (oculocardiac reflex). I just wanted it to be over with as soon as possible and get out of there. I remember the whole process of waiting to checking out was over an hour. Unacceptable.
