I am absolutely appalled by this store and their customer service. It was the number one reason I left sprint. Every time you would walk in here it was like walking into some store that you would find in the hood. Sorry but I don’t need to see my service reps boxers. Moving forward I asked to receive same promotion PLAINFIELD store offered me and the rep started to get crazy with me, I had my son with me and he actually told me to «feel free to not come back.» Seriously? Then he asked if I wanted to step out in the parking lot and discuss it further. Which really I had no problem doing if he wanted to! Some guy stepped in «asst manager» just trying to calm me down, I asked to speak to the store manager Leilani but he wouldn’t let me. I left and went to Plainfield store to get info for district manager. And let me tell you, no wonder these employees act via way. THEIRDIST. MANAGERAJHASTHECUSTOMERSERVICEOF A ROCK. I called him and emailed him both a few times. Could never get a call back or email. So sprint I pulled my 5 lines from you. Shame because I had sprint for past 17 years. But I will not be treated that way.

Went to the store to ask a few questions about switching out of my contract to a Framily plan. The guy who helped me was friendly but generally lacking knowledge about the whole process, and after I started asking questions about switching plans he just didn’t seem very interested in helping me anymore, or keeping my business as a Sprint customer. I also asked some questions about LTE reception problems on my iPhone 5, and he didn’t know the difference between GSM and CDMA, or 3G vs 4G. If you’re in a highly competitive industry such as wireless, you should be as knowledgeable, if not more knowledgeable than the customers. Period. There is no excuse to not be up to date on your competition at all times. Side note: Don’t buy an iPhone from Sprint… Actually, don’t buy Anything from Sprint. Even if you are out of your contract, they will only unlock your phone for use on certain international GSM carriers, but the phone cannot be used on TMobile or AT&T, which is contrary to the unlocking policies of the other 3 major wireless carriers. Sprint is overall a very anti-consumer company. Stay away from this company at all costs.
