This location went from a 2 star to a 1 star. If 0 were an option I would have chose that. Today I bought a coffee thru the drive thru. Americano, sugar free vanilla with cream. Tasted completely burnt and sour and normally it’s smooth and sweet. The rest of the day I was physically ill and had to stop everything I was doing and go home. I’m guessing the creamer was spoiled cause they leave everything out, and didn’t feel like getting a fresh one for there customers. I’ll drive a little farther next time to go to a better location.

I love Starbucks. I am a barista at Starbucks but this location is ALWAYS slow and they ALWAYS mess up my tall vanilla latte in a Grande cup with whip cream. It’s really not a complicated order and I’m saying that from working at the busiest Starbucks in the world.

Worst Starbucks ever! Do not visit. I wouldn’t of even given them a star if Unilocal didn’t make me. I’m here on a Sunday morning when they should be at their best and their baristas are nothing but rude. I ordered 2 drinks both of which have had to be remade at least twice. The barista at the bar thinks she can speak rudely to the customers as well. Make sure not to speak loudly, otherwise you will get yelled at. If you can skip and move onto the next Stabucks I would.

On my way to work just back from class I thought I’d stop at Starbucks and I am so glad I did. I had to reload my card with a credit card which I thought you know all of this going to take a little while it was so quick so easy Sophia was amazing she was in the drive thru window. It’s so refreshing to start your day off right. Thanks again Sophia

I absolutely love this store! I’m always greeted by a friendly barista, I get a consistently quality drink, and the store has a great atmosphere for work or studying. I’ve worked for Starbucks for 4 years, so I am probably a harsher critic than most, but this one never fails to impress me. This one’s definitely a gem amongst the South Side.

This is my usual Starbucks and have been coming here for almost 4 years. I’m not a coffee drinker so I appreciate the baristas keeping me updated with non — coffee drinks. I LOVE these three in particular: vanilla chai latte, green tea frappucino & valencia orange cooler. When I occasionally try a coffee blend they make sure that it’s not too strong for me. Based on how they take care of me I’m sure they treat other customers just as good.

Hit and miss here at times. At once a knowledgeable server can help you. At another, they can seem mystified. Formulaic drinks and syrups are ok. I do like the twists that can be added to each drink.
I am mystified that I can get a green tea chai latte at all other locations ever visited but here. What’s up with that?
Maybe I’ll call ahead next time. Great job in moving the bulky sales shelf from the middle of the seating area. Feels more bright and inviting.

First time I came here, I had just dropped my cat off for surgery. Went to get some coffee for the nerves. An older gentlemen who worked there could tell I was out of it and asked. Very friendly staff and great service. Love this Starbucks and I frequent it regularly. :)

Pretty good Starbucks. Nice patio. 2 wishes: open till 11pm in summer & wipe off outdoor tables occasionally. I am a regular here. They just upgrade their furniture and havea lot mores seating.
