This is one of the worst Verizon stores I’ve been to. I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. I have a Note 5 and I stuck the S pen in upside down. I took it in to see what could be done, one guy was very nice and explained he really didn’t know what to do. Another guy just piped up and said it can’t be fixed. There’s nothing you can do. Mind you I’ve only had the phone 5 months and it’s a $ 700 phone. Nothing can be done? The first guy ask about insurance and the second guy again says insurance won’t cover that. WTH. I went to the Greenwood store and they told me in fact it can be fixed but not there, they have no techs to do so. He gave me a name of 2 places to take it. They got the pen out. BG just wanted to sell me a new phone. Very poor customer service. I’ll never go back. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location either.
