There is nothing particularly bad I have to say but there is nothing good I can say either. I had the steak and shrimp teriyaki and both were low quality meats. The vegetables were bland as was the sauce spooned over everything. There are a lot of better options in the area.

I have to say it looks a lot nicer than most«Chinese» food places. And yes I realize it’s not a Chinese place but that’s beside the point. The prices are good and it’s s delight to watch your food being made in front of you. The food was a bit of a let down for me. I got the shrimp dish and it was very bland. However my girlfriend go the chicken and it was amazing. On the other hand the crab Rangoon was burnt to hell… I still encourage you to try if for yourself. Maybe you’ll have a better experience.

Simply outstanding. Excellent service and it is a step up from the mall chicken teriyaki that we are all used to. Chicken is made fresh to order and they will even cook it to your specifications(well done, not so well done, etc) if you so desire. Small spot that isn’t that busy and tucked away in strip mall, but is well worth checking out for a cheap, quick meal.

Pretty decent Japanese for a great price. Not to mention, you get a whole heap of food. Meals are between $ 5 and $ 7, and are cooked quickly. You can also request more teriyaki sauce. The vegetables are mostly cabbage, although I found a small piece of broccoli in mine, leading me to believe that the vegetables may sometimes contain it. The rice is very good, and the meat is just okay. All in all, I think the meal is worth the price, and I’d definitely come here again if I were in the area and looking for a cheap and fast meal.

Pretty much the standard for«fast food» teriyaki. Had the chicken and it was pretty good, not to mention made to order instead of precooked.

The family was craving Teriyaki as we were headed home and we stopped here to fulfill the kids wishes. Walking in it reminded of the places in Chicago where the Teriyaki outshines the nice places. Honestly, when the guy cooking the food struggles speaking English you know the teriyaki is going to be great. Teriyaki was great however, the place was extremely warm and the place smelled of burned food. We will be back as the kids asked to come here again.

Inexpensive and adequate is about all I can muster up on the positive side. My friend and I both ordered the Chicken Teriyaki. We were asked if we wanted vegetables, and we said«yes.» What we got in the way of vegetables was a lot of shredded cabbage and a teensy weensy little piece of broccoli. My friend got a tiny bit of carrot in hers. The chicken wasn’t bad– thinly sliced chicken without a lot of flavor. The white rice was fine(although my friend asked for brown rice. They either don’t have it or the language barrier kept her from getting it.) Don’t expect a lot of ambience here. It’s not dirty, but it seemed like they might want to run a Swiffer over the entire contents of the restaurant. They serve Coke products, so that gets them an additional star! We don’t think we’ll be going back, though.

I went here while getting my wife’s car repaired at Carx and it was just a walk away across the parking lot. This is my first time at this establishment and when I went in there wasn’t any customers other than myself. I was greeted by a Hispanic girl named Roxina and she was polite. The only thing was a lil language barrier at first when I asked her what kind of mushrooms they used in the Vegetarian Soba which I ordered. She seemed not to understand at first then she went back and showed me the mushrooms. Note when I first ordered she asked me politely if I liked mushrooms which I thought was nice. Then asked if it’s for here or to go. Well I took a seat and when she was finished with my meal she called me over and the box was laid open on the counter. That is the only thing I didn’t really like at first but thought about it and said to myself well if I went to food court they would do the same thing so I got over it. My total order was with hot green tea was $ 5.43 which isn’t a bad price and was super Yummy with the sauce they had on it. I’m glad I picked a good place to have a healthy meal on the run.

A slight language barrier to start with. When I told the gentleman it was to go, he handed me a bag and told me to have a seat. When the food came up, mine and the other two people’s food who were also getting to go, were set on the counter with the boxes open. We just kind of looked at each other wondering whose was whose. After figuring out which boxes were mine and getting home to eat, all I can say was that I was less than impressed. Not a lot of flavor in what I assume was chicken and the fried rice just tasted like regular rice with frozen vegetables and teriyaki in it. The egg roll seemed to have been left in the unchanged grease too long, and not even a fortune cookie. If I’d gotten one it probably would have read, «You’ll have better luck somewhere else»

The food here is not bad, actually, for a feaux teriyaki place. The dude behind the counter on Sundays doesn’t seem very good at getting orders right. If you order tempura, you’ll probably get teriyaki. But he’s cool, and there isn’t much variation in the menu. The sushi is probably a better value than the teriyaki dishes, but it’s supermarket quality. We pretend to go for the«yum yum» sauce, which as far as I can tell is the leftover grease! Really it’s somewhat more humorous and charming than anything. I can’t knock it.

I’m a huge sushi fan and I really like this place. They’re always polite and helpful. When I want sushi in a hurry, I stop here. Not expensive and pretty tasty! Haven’t had any issues here.

Teriyaki is decent and they pour sauce over it with a large spoon if you don’t say something when you order. DONOT order sushi… not very tasty, limited selection, and I LOVE sushi… went twice and second time they were out of Philly roll and I ordered Cali roll. went twice around 1, and had to wait 15 minutes each time, so got into a time crunch.
