Dropped off our bedspread here to get cleaned and we were pretty satisfied with how it came out. We paid just under $ 17(which I thought was a great deal for a king sized bedspread) however that did include the $ 10 off coupon from their Facebook page. Why I dropped them two stars you might ask? Customer service. Although the staff were friendly, the coupon issue drove me crazy. The $ 10 off coupon on their Facebook page requires you to sign up for the enewsletter and«Like» their page(easy enough) however you never receive a coupon. When we brought this up to the staff they said, «We can’t give you the discount without the coupon so you can only use a 20% off coupon(which would have been about $ 5 off. NO. NO. NO. I’ve worked in customer service for 5 years, and that’s just a big no no. If it’s advertised, you NEED to give it to the customer, or take it down. After sending an email to customer service, I received a response within a few hours saying they would call the store and make sure I received the discount. When I showed up to pick up my dry cleaning, I showed them the email and got the discount no problem. As a customer, I really don’t think I should have ever had to request the coupon, and it frustrates me that customers have been writing on their Facebook since APRIL to get the coupon fixed and nothing has been done to fix it. Other than that — A-OK!

I’m a Unilocaler. I eat and drink. A lot. That means I need someone to clean up the mess and Tuchman gets the call. The employees are friendly and they have a drive-through, which leaves me more time for eating and drinking. The prices have been raised a few times and it’s getting a little expensive compared to other cleaners. Don’t go without printing coupons off of the website ahead of time.
