I love this place as always and it’s so delicious and healthy. I always get the vitality bowl which is an acai superfood base and then granola, gogi berries, honey, banana slices and strawberries on top. It leaves me full for a while and I always can’t wait to come back. The only thing I don’t like about this place is that the counter is in the very back of the skinny restaurant so it’s kinda weird to just walk straight through to the back… Not too bad though!

Great concept execution could use a little fine tuning. I came here with a couple coworkers for lunch because we are always looking for something new to try and are really tired of the same old thing. The space is simple and modern white top tables and bright orange tables, flat screen monitor menus. The menu is pretty simple fruit based blended smoothie type concoctions in a bowl with other things sprinkled on them that are super healthy. So a ton of *bowls*, five paninis, and two salads. The bowls and smoothies are all natural co rain no ice, no frozen yogurt, no added sugar etc. most can be ordered in either a 20 oz or 28 oz size. They look great for breakfast or lunch on a hot day or if you area huge fruit fan. I am not a huge fruit person unless it’s for desert so I ordered the kale salad with turkey(see attached picture) it looked nothing like the image on the menu, and for the $ 13 that I paid for a large there wasn’t very much there. It came out with a fork already in the salad that the stem wasn’t very clean so I utilized a plastic carry out fork. The kale leaves in the salad were not chopped into bite sized pieces but left in while leaves that I had to pull out and rip up one at a time. The menu listed a house made Dijon vinaigrette but what I received was a Dijon but a thick creamy dressing. The salad tasted great, the quality was great. It wasn’t as advertised and for the money it was not worth the cost. Items are served in really neat stainless steel bowls which have an really unique shape. Unfortunately Stainless steel is one of those things that is incredibly had to make look good and their dishwasher isn’t doing a good job. We arrived at 11:45 am the restaurant was empty, there were two guests seated at a table outside. The table we chose to sit as was dirty as were the chairs. This defiantly won’t be a return lunch spot but if you are looking for a healthy smoothie, or a smoothie like breakfast for lunch spot it’s probably a great choice. Otherwise there are much better options.

I finally went to Vitality Bowl after hearing many friends talk about how much they love it. It’s delicious, light, and healthy. I got the spring bowl and it tasted like dessert. I tried my friend’s nutty bowl and enjoyed that a lot. I wish it was cheaper, however you are paying for all of the fresh ingredients. I will definitely be back!

I was in the area and thought I would give it a shot. I got one of the cold bowls, might have been the Nutty. It was good, but it’s kind of like eating frozen yogurt for lunch. On a warm day that would be refreshing, not as much on a dreary 50 degree day like this one. Overall it was good and I would try it again.

Definitely my favorite place in Indy so far. I’m addicted to the dragon bowl. A bowl and panini fill me up completely & I always feel comfortable afterwards & not bloated. I only wish there were more locations. I think business for this establishment would be booming if there were a location downtown and in broad ripple. Please make it happen!

I’ll admit, I’ve always gotten the smoothies so I can’t comment on the bowls, but the smoothies are AMAZING. Good consistency(I’m not even bothered by the nibs in the Temptation) and they Always make me feel 10x better. Add a panini to make it more filling. The only thing I don’t like is the stark décor, TVs, and chilly air conditioning(but that’s not enough to change my 5 star rating).

Sounded kinda yucky. Thought I’d try it. Oh… my…gosh. Literally HEAVEN!!! My favorite place to eat-nutty bowl with pb on top is amazing! honestly the base of acai tastes almost the same in any bowl no matter what they put in it do don’t let the weird mixed of broccoli Etc turn u off. U can’t taste it. It’s kinda like a fruit sorbet on bottom wkth crunch granola on top then fruit. We tried the gluten free ham panini. Definitely don’t waste youre money. Not worth it. There’s one slice of ham and cheese. It’s not bad tasting just nothing to it and skimpy for the price. But the bowls are worth it. Pricey but yum!

I can’t stop going here! They have the best acai bowls I’ve had. They don’t put too much granola on top like some of the places I’ve been to and they offer a variety of toppings. The dragon bowl is my go-to; the dried gogi berries on top provide a wonderful crunch. The workers are extremely friendly; however, it is true that the service can be extremely slow if there is a line. They need to start a rewards program because I go here entirely too much! Don’t forget to go online and print out coupons before you come!

The service in this place is very slow. The owner should work there from time to time at lunch. The register person was not very helpful. I went with 4 people and the wait was 18 minute and the food came out at different times. I understand they are individually made but that seemed long. They also said they were out of spinach for a salad, but both sandwiches that came out after had spinach. The food quality was great, but expensive. If the service was faster I wouldn’t have an issue with the price. I will try it again now that I know what to expect.

Great food, but our service was ridiculously slow. It took more than a half an hour for 2 bowls. The cashier didn’t communicate the time delay. I’ll never come here again

I have been long lamenting the fact that even in the world full of «healthy, organic, local» chatter the choices of restaurants serving fast and healthy remain scarce. For that reason just the name«Vitality Bowls» was enough to walk in after dinner and at least find out — what are those mysterious bowls? Took home and studied the menu full of mysterious vocabulary(Guarana, Acerola, Graviola, Spirilina) but still did not form a mental picture until I finally tried it. The concept is different: thick acai based smoothie on the bottom, fresh strawberries, bananas, granola and honey on top. The whole concept is held together by the firm texture of the smoothie that claims to have no fillers(ice, juice or yogurt), just frozen fruit and veggies. Smoothie tastes spot on as well — not too sweet, not too bland. The bowl is big enough to be a meal, but I took an «insurance» in panini for hungry kids. A bowl shared by three people and three paninis worked well. The Olympian panini sporting peanut butter, bananas, honey and crunchy granola was our favorite. Good concept, but two weaker points in the business model — 1) price(~$ 10 per bowl) and 2) the time it takes to prepare(10 min for our paninis and a bowl). I would be more inclined to stop by in the morning and try the breakfast version if that time could be shorter. As it is, will save for a weekend splurge.

I just went to vitality bowl for the first time. The lady working there asked me had I been before I said no. She offered me a sample of the graviola smoothie. I look at the large menu and it sounds alright. I try the sample and it’s pretty tasty so I decide to try this smoothie. While waiting for the smoothie to be made I read the smaller menu on the side board(size of 8.5×11 piece of paper) and it specifically says that this smoothie is not to be consumed by pregnant women. I am 7.5 months pregnant and have a huge belly! I’m pissed! The lady didn’t have any clue about the health risk and offered me the only smoothie on the menu that I couldn’t have. Also the total was ~$ 7.50. Not going back to this restaurant!

Woooooah, who thought of this? Give them a hug. I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but it’s basically a super fruit smoothie with lots of toppings, served in a chilled bowl. No ice, fro yo, added sugar, artificial crap, teams fats, etc. Whatever you get, SAYYESTOTHEPEANUTBUTTERDRIZZLE. I do wish they had a small size. The medium is pretty big. Note: they take about 7 – 10 mins to make so be prepared to wait. It’s worth it though.
