Visually this new store is beautiful. However, the staff is awful. I thought this would be better than the previous option on Shadeland which is a nightmare. Since they closed the store in Fishers it’s just awful if you have to go in person for anything. I really hoped this new store would be different but the staff including managers here seem like they are very inconvenienced by the customers presence. Unfortunately if you want cable you must accept whoever services your area so there is no completion which makes customer service even worse. I can not begin to describe how rude and incompetent the staff here is.
