Sullivan’s Shutter & Stone Factory

We used Sullivan’s for our shutters several years ago. We just had them install new granite counters in kitchen & quartz in bathrooms. I can’t say enough about this company. They are professional and they have extremely competitive prices. We’re going to do our shower next & we will not use anyone else but Sullivan’s!

We had beautiful quartz kitchen counters installed. We went to Sullivan’s after we saw the commercial. Just one day! Well, the moment we walked in the door, we knew we were in the right place. Professional, friendly, and so helpful. Sal was not only our sale person, but a very talented designer. He walked us thru every step. We chose a quartz counter that had to be matched. He went out of his way to make it exactly right. And the result is the most amazing counters. The whole process was painless. We could not be happier. I would highly recommend Sullivan’s. Thank you Sal.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Had shutters installed this week on the entire back of our windows interior. First of all they quoted me half of what other shutter/​blind companies quoted. The quality of the shutters is top notch real sturdy wood. The communication pre installation by office staff was timely and constant. The installers showed up right on time, worked diligently, with courtesy and cleaned up all the mess. We had shutters on the front of our windows already when we moved in and they look so cheap now when I compare them to my new Sullivan Shutters. Lastly, this is a family owned company that has been in the desert for a long time so always like to keep my business with small local business. Would highly recommend.

We purchased our shutters in December of 2014. We couldn’t be happier with Sullivan’s!They did a fantastic job from purchasing to installing. I will defiantly use and recommend them to everyone! We had a staple that came off (our fault) they did not hesitate to send replacements

I am absolutely impressed with the timeliness and quality of their granite countertop and installation. They worked with me on a very short notice timeline, were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Did exactly as promised and the end result was beautiful and reasonably priced. I have now ordered full house shutters from them!

I’m totally confused by the other two reviews. My experience with Sullivan’s was the polar opposite! The sales staff was courteous, efficient, knowledgable and helpful. The delivery and installation was seamless! The installers were friendly, fast and neat! The product is 5 star! I noticed and immediate difference in house temperature with shutters and the look of shutters really steps up the overall appearance our home. The cost is super competitive and the quality is excellent! I am thrilled with Sullivan’s and I will be returning when we upgrade our kitchen counter tops! Do yourself a favor and go with Sullivan’s! I tried going here for the shutters and other window coverings that I was looking for, but after seeing their «showroom» if you can call it that, and how their products were BARELY just hung on the wall by what looks like an unexperienced teenager, I became immediately skeptical. The lady at the desk was polite, but it took her forever to find someone to even assist me, as the main people were out of the office. After talking with a gentleman and getting a very rude comment and look from him for asking to get a glimpse of the work shop, (yes, I am one of those people who likes to see how my products are made), I realized that the shutters are not made from actual solid pieces of wood. Instead, it looks like it is scrap wood, almost composite, if you will, that has been pieced and glued together to make it «solid» wood. He assured me that it would not make a difference in the reliability of the shutters, and in fact, they «only» use that wood on painted jobs, on their stain jobs they use the ‘real’ solid wood. I did not trust to spend over $ 10,000 on new shutters for my home, on top of the awning and solar blinds that I was interested in. Not to mention that they do granite/​tile as well. one would think that if you are going to be a business and advertise yourself in a specific trade of work, that you would stick with that. I find it a little strange that they «specialize in shutters» but then also do granite/​tile, on top of trying to pass themselves off as a company that can do other window coverings; motorized blinds and what I assume is awnings as well. The displays in the showroom were not working, and hung crooked. Sullivan’s was also very hard to find to begin with, as they gave me VERY specific directions on how to get there, to which I figured out why once I left, as there is another shutter and window covering company right down the road, that they didn’t want me to see on the way to their building.

Good people and a good product but if you want to match your color to existing trim, be VERY specific. The sales person was suppose to measure every window in the house. When the shutters were delivered, one window did not get measured. I had the house newly painted so I was specific that I wanted the paint matched. What I got was an almost match and flat. What I wanted was an exact match to the doors and trim. Being off a little was not acceptable. For $ 6,000 I expect what was promised, an exact match. What I got was someone who cannot see the difference in color and finish so I got an argument. I won’t recommend Sullivan because their high end product is not met with high end delivery. I remain disappointed my my dealing with the company.
