Ace Karaoke

We added a Karaōke machine to our household last month and it was probably one of the best purchases we’ve made. It a great addition to family parties and even just family downtime during the week.
We originally thought about buying it about three months ago and visited Ace Karaōke where we were greeted by a young man (I can’t remember his name) but he was super nice, patient and knew the answer to every question we had. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need but rather let us know that the type of machine we were looking for was not in stock but that they would be releasing it some time in the next month. Sooo we decided to wait for the newer machine to be released and didn’t purchase that day.
A few weeks later he called us letting us know that the machine was in and asked if we were still interested.
It was nice to know he hadn’t forgotten about us and we purchased the machine right away.
We are super happy with it and will be doing business with Ace for years to come :)

Awesome place for all your Karaōke needs. It’s was kinda busy for a Tuesday afternoon but the gentleman that was helping us Felix was extremely helpful and helping like 3 customers at the same time. We will definitely be back (and we live 35 miles away) Great customer service, great selection.

I was once a regular visitor at this place. I spend time checking out their karaōke machine. They don’t mind if I am singing Bön jovi, van Halen, Ariana grande, Charlie xcx, Sam Smith, metallica, queen, AcDc, Def Lepard and any high pitch songs.

If you’re looking for a great Karaōke System you need to come to ACE KARAOKE!!!
If you’re looking for somebody who can answer all your questions in a professional manner along with the nicest smile you’ve seen, you need to look for MS. GRACIA!!!

Unfortunately, the Ace Karoaoke closest to me on Firestone was shut down because of the freeway expansion, but I’m so glad I came here and it was worth the drive and purchase.
I originally came in thinking to purchase the latest Magic Sing for my family reunion in just a couple of weeks, but after presenting other options to my sister over the phone we were sold on the Acesonic KOD-​3000 Karaōke Jukebox. Gracia, helped me and my sister who was over the phone the whole time, from giving us all the information we needed about each product to testing them and giving us her best possible discounts. She was so knowledgable about the products, surprisingly given the amount of time she has been working there which she shared with me. And Filipinas are one of the most accommodating and customer service friendly-​people.

Gracia is amazing. She helped us with all of our questions and showed us all different options for our home karaōke system. I was going to go with the Yamaha stagepas 400 for its versatility but Gracia introduced me to the bmb speaker and it’s on another level of sound quality. She was super helpful and gave us great discount. I’m glad to make a 40 minutes drive to this store. Great place to select karaōke systems.

I initially rated this place with 5 stars since they were offering freebies for positive reviews. But after our transaction i am changing it to 0 stars. First off all, we drove 2 hours to this place since we called and asked about their price match policy. Well after waiting for almost half an hour for the cashier to ring us up we were told she couldnt offer the price match. Total bait and switch and the cashier was flipping rude. Hate this place and never coming back.

They are extremely helpful and even stayed 30 minutes after just to help us choose which karaōke machine we wanted.

The widest selection of karaōke players, systems, microphones and cd’s. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. It’s always intimidating to get into a new hobby, but this place is really welcoming. Ask for Gracia she will really give you the best deal the store has to offer. Don’t be scared off by the location (in an industrial location) my number recommendation of you are getting into karaōke. Thanks again Gracia!

Came in to buy a machine for my bday, customer service was awesome. They talked to us and explained the machines, most of all they weren’t pushy. Would recommend them for anyone looking.
