OMG, worst customer service in the world!
On hold for 40 mins yesterday and now 50 mins today. Still no pickup!
WTF!

The operator was so rude that I could not get passed that m she would not even advise of her name .Rude Rude Rude

At this point I am very frustrated. I was told by my appliance rep on august 18^th that my custom color sample would be sent within a week for my approval. It’s been a month now. I am getting NO help in solving this. I have been cooking on my camping stove for 8 weeks now! I sure hope I like my range when… IF…it ever arrives.

I got a fridge, a wall oven, a cooktop, dishwasher, wine dispenser and now I am picking up a wine cooler to compliment my wine dispenser. I like a variety of wines and I need a lot of storage space. I plan to buy more wine coolers. Being the top cat of me crew I need a image and style to keep up. Capiche. Ciao.

We bought a new Dacor cook top to replace an older Dacor unit. The new cook top was damaged in shipping. But Dacor completely stood behind their product. They sent out a first rate repair specialist, and got the necessary parts sent out very quickly. Our new cook top was beautifully repaired and now functions wonderfully! I highly recommend Dacor’s products and their excellent customer service!

Absolutely horrible customer service — god forbid you need information on one of their appliances — be prepared for a ‘gee, I don’t know, let me ask. .. ’ ‘can you send me an email of the appliance’ and ‘so sorry, he’s on break — will call you back sometime in the next couple of days with an answer’.
Their appliances cost a fortune — one would think that their management would put someone in charge of customer service that reflected the high end product they are trying to market
Not to mention, I’ve had nothing but problems with their oven since installation. Its been a 14 year expensive nightmare — highly advise that those seeking the higher end products go to Thermodore, Viking, or any of the others. Avoid Dacor — its just not worth the hassle and headaches.
