Busy store on a busy corner. This 99 cents store is like many others; nothing to rave about. It was pretty crowded with long lines. I stopped in to get a few items before packing up to leave out of town. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Between the people outside hustling money, the poor parking situation, and random people inside hanging out, I’ll pass on this store.

I was appalled with the horrible service in this location. I was waiting in line for a long time like everyone else(Waiting time is not the factor in this story). When it was finally my turn(after a long wait) the cashier begins to ring up the person behind me and completely ignores me. When I asked the cashier why is the person behind me being rung up? The cashier said I already started this customer and I don’t want to call the manager to start all over. I was not to happy with that. Instead of making a scene I waited for my turn again, paid and left. It will be the last time I go to that location. Horrible service

This store is dirty and cramped and the lines are always horrendous, but I am indebted to this location for having 70 of the bling lanyards I said I would donate for my church’s women’s retreat. I waited until the last minute to look for or order 70 of these… I walked into this store and found multiple colors!(See my picture.) Thank you, thank you, thank you! :)

I’ve never been more disgusted by customer service in my life, Amongst entering the store I’m greeted by a security guard who ask me to hand my bag over(items i purchased from another store) i do so with no hesitation after finishing my shopping i return to find that my bags have been stolen. I then ask the security guard who insisted in taking my bag what happened to my bag. She told me a African American women had taken them and that she was a regular shopper at the store and would probably return the bag once she notice she had taken the wrong bag. Be that as it may i still insisted on speaking with a manager instead i was handed over to the supervisor who off the back told me the bag wasn’t the stores responsibility even though the security guard insisted on taking my bag amongst entry of the store. After hearing that i no longer cared to speak with Lesley i then demanded to talk to a manager after several pages from the cashier finally he comes and basically said the same thing Lesley said which was the bag was not their responsibility even though the security guard asked for it and it was placed in her possession he then handed me a witness report and asked me to fill it out(how could i possibly feel out a witness report to something i did not witness) after that i determined i could no longer carry out a civil conversation with Emmanuel and that i needed the number to the district manager I’ll be calling him in the morning

This store is conveniently placed at the busy intersection of Century and Crenshaw in Inglewood. Plenty of parking in the private lot but sometimes getting out can be a problem, especially at peak hours. Plenty of selections. This store has gone through changes, especially since another store opened on Crenshaw and Imperial. It used to be 10 registers but now there are only 7. The store is a bit difficult to get out at times due to long lines and the lack of registers. Getting around used to be a breeze but now a bit of a hassle due to the long wall with merchandise at the entrance. Store could be better at cleanliness. There is a security guard at the entrance(Psst, this is Inglewood). If you want more registers and more parking, try the new location on Crenshaw and Imperial.

I love this store it’s big and has a little something for everyone. The fruits and vegetables are usually pretty fresh and a little more organized than the other locations fruits and vegetable section. This is the Inglewood store, it is located steps from Century Blvd, but on Crenshaw Blvd behind the Burger King. They have chips, they have dips, they have candies, they have gift wrappings, tools, baby products, personal hygiene products and much more. I just really love… love… love the 99cents stores … «All Of Them!!!»
