My battery died completely while I was at work, so I called AAA already knowing I’d need a replacement. Ricky was the tech who showed up (in about ten minutes even finding my car inside the parking structure before I could walk over!) and I could not have been happier with his service and knowledge.
He ran the requisite tests that told me what I already knew and then got straight to work on replacing the battery while I filled out paperwork. FYI, accessing my car’s battery does require some labor, but he was very fast about it all. To give you an idea, I called AAA just before 5pm and was still able to make it to my 6:15 workout class.

This review is for Coastal’s contracted work for AAA. I’m always happy (relatively speaking, given the dire condition of my car) when AAA tells me on the phone that it’ll be someone from Coastal coming to rescue me, because I know the wait won’t be long. I have never visited Coastal’s business premises, but have had these guys come out to my location on a couple of occasions — once in my garage and another time in the middle of Wilshire Blvd. The guys get here FAST, and are very friendly and helpful, with a good sense of humor. It’s never pleasant needing help with your car, but Coastal makes the experience as good as it can be – all things considered.
