Why does it say that your open on Sunday’s and then clearly I come here and you guys are closed. That’s not cool at all when I drove all the way over here. When I came yesterday and picked up my contacts and I was given the wrong box. I’m very annoyed.

Great and fast service. I got my eye exam and contacts the Sam day. Dr. Lee and staff are very nice.

Just called and spoke with a women for prices/​quotes and she was very rude and impatient. I’m big on customer service and fealt it’s not worth making an appointment if the people who answer the phone are rude. They don’t appreciate customers or their hard earned money.

Can’t say enough about this place! I went in for an eye exam and was seen right away! The doctor was very personable and gave me tips on how ti maintain my eye health. I was able to get an exam, contact lenses and eye glasses for a reasonable price! Excellent customer service!

I wanted to get some new glasses, because my eyes have been extra dry lately. I just started working the swing/​graveyard shift. The combination of lack of sleep and dry air in the building, I believe have aggravated my eyes.
They were really patient. There’s a great selection of frames and sunglasses, and the eye exam is only $ 20. I have to go back to pick up my new pair of glasses, can’t wait!

I went in today and got more than I expected. Michael, Robert, and Maria gave me excellent customer service. The doctor was nice and thorough with my exam. He explained my eye care to me, And sent me off with a smile. Robert and Mike tag team on giving me options and suggestions on my glasses. And they both were so patient (cause you know the glasses got to be right) lol. And now I own two beautiful pairs of glasses. Great prices and even better customer service. Thank you guys for the wonderful experience. I would recommend to this place to all my friends.

If you want good customer service and a reasonable deal DO NOT go here! Do yourself a favor and go to a different place for an eye exam.
The place looks decent, but the employees are the worst! I stood there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to assist me and when the old lady finally walked over she asked if I had been there before and when I said «no» she made a weird facial expression like «here we go again.» I did not understand it then, but now it all makes sense.
The deal they claim to have sounds great, but once you get there and read the fine print you realize that it’s not that great of a place after all. All I wanted was a contact lenses eye exam and the lady at the front could not tell me how much it would really cost me. The price went from $ 45 to $ 65 to $ 85 all the way to $ 130. They say it depends on the type of lenses you want and I completely understand that, but the way they do business is totally wrong. If you get an eye exam here you MUST buy glasses and if you get the contact lenses exam you MUST buy a year supply of contacts with them. When I asked how much a 90 pack of Baush & Lomb Soflens (dailies) would cost me some random guy that walked out of the restroom said $ 90. Ummm excuse me? The most I’ve seen that box cost is $ 49.99. Stop trying to rip people off or get your facts straight! The three employees that stood behind the counter contradicted me and tried to give all kind of excuses for their pricing. None of it made sense.
Yeah I understand that you are family owned, but that does not mean rip people off and treat them like ignorant people! S
To make matters worse, while I stood there filing out the paperwork the lady asked to see my glasses and the first thing she did was drop them! Then they checked how much my prescription was by examining them. Ummmmmm… Aren’t you supposed to give me an eye exam instead? I mean I can tell my prescription has changed since the last time I had an exam.
I had one of those gut feelings that said «GET OUT OF HERE!» After trying to make sense of their prices and procedures, I kindly said «Thank you, I think I will wait» and left. I’M SO HAPPY I DID!
I decided to go to the independent optometrist at Target Optical in Inglewood and had an amazing experience. The price is set at $ 105 for a contact lenses exam even if you have astigmatism and I got so many contact trials to find the right fit.
Oh and while I filled out paperwork at Target Optical I told the employee at the desk about my terrible experience and she knew exactly what eye center I was talking about. Apparently this place is known for it’s terrible customer service, procedures and policies. Please go somewhere else where there are no hidden fees and you can talk to the Optometrist about what works for you and not the receptionist/​optician who does not have the customer skills or knowledge to properly assist you.

Best Customer Service! Evelyn always takes care of my family’s eye care needs. Best frames at a great price. Less than 1 hour for multiple glasses order. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I recommend this location with plenty of off street parking, safe location, large selection of frames and the best deals.

Wonderful customer service. I called other dr offices today and the exams were way too much. I call Complete I Care and they were able to help. I spoke to Mike and made an appointment. He took care of me the same day and I was able to save money too! Everything is discounted too and they are able to work with you to ge what you need and want. I saw this place driving by and I never thought to go by there until I couldnt deal with costcos and my other drs office.

I walked in and was given an eye exam for both new glasses and contacts. I walked in at about 430 and walked out with my contacts, perception glasses and prescription sunglasses at about 6. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I could not make up my mind on what pairs to choose from and I was given honest opinions about what looked good on my face. To be honest most of my time there was spent looking for frames. They were concerned about me being happy with a pair of glasses that was with in my price range. They even took the time to tell me their sales and specials. I definitely recommend them. They have an awesome staff.
The Doctor even explained to my why I might have had problems with the previous contacts I was using. Very Informative.

Worst service ever. Called in. They quoted me under $ 60 for a contact lens exam. That was great! I saw a coupon on Unilocal for $ 50 for $ 75. Bought it and showed up 25 minutes later (I live a few cities over). When I got there, they said JUST KIDDING. It’s $ 140. Oh, and that coupon you bought? Not able to use it towards an exam, yet it said nothing about that on the disclaimer.
Do not go here! They lie!
Oh, and they also took my glasses, had me standing there blind, and then asked me to move my car because they were painting the building. Boo.

I went here based on a friend’s glowing recommendation, based on his experience with the customer service and overall satisfaction. I dealt with Big Mike. Suffice to say he and the staff lived up to my expectations. This will be my go to place for eyewear.

Robert provides great customer service and gives you all the details and facts. Very patient and knowledgeable employees. I would definitely recommend this to others. Their only downfall is the selection. Not a lot of selection for men.

This was a joyous experience that I had been putting off because of money! Well, don’t put it off; they have all kinds of great affordable solutions here! And they don’t skimp on the quality & customer care which is top notch! Rene (the style expert) made choosing frames quick & fun. He has a great eye (even pulled out these Tiffany frames to die for). Tim (the optical technician) put in my purscription in record time. I was in & out in 30 minutes all together wearing my new Armani glasses.
Rene, Tim, and Maria (the one making sure everything is running smoothly) are ALL a great team; there to help you.

I went for contact lens examination & was not comfortable seeing with the new prescription, so Robert who is a great staff member there arranged for me to see the lens specialist. The specialist was amazing!!! He thoroughly checked my eyes come to find out I had a damaged cornea. Not only did he correct my prescription to perfection but advised me to come back in few days to re-​check my eyes & cornea for progress. Went back a final time everything was great. I had been to this office a total of 6 times in a 2week period complaining about my prescription & Robert accommodated me every time without question. Vision is very important & im grateful for the staff here especially Robert who was a lifesaver every time. I have been going to this eye clinic since it opened & you cant beat great customer service who take time with you & actually care!!!
