I’ve never written a bad Unilocal review before, if a business is awful to me I just usually shrug it off because it’s really not that big of a deal. But this place is really… Haha… I have no words. Please stay away. You will waste your money. I bought curly hair, it was so pretty and perfect when I purchased, within ONE WEEK, the hair in the back had turned into a mop. At first I tried to handle it myself, bought intense conditioners and detangles. I would spend hours in the morning CRYING out of frustration because my hair was a MOP and I couldn’t do anything to it. The owner put me through hell just to get my concerns heard by her. SHE DOESN’T CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF HER HAIR. I told her I won’t come back if she doesn’t do something about this, she said please don’t come back there’s nothing I can do. I hate fighting with people and being confrontational. If I send you multiple photos of PROOF OF THE MOP ON MY HEAD. It should take no other explaining. This place deserves –1 star. And not only is the hair terrible, but Uche is awful as well. I’ve never wished bad on anyone in my life, and I don’t mean this maliciously… But I hope her business goes under. Because she’s really scamming people out of hard earned money. If she went out of business, it would benefit the world. Stay away. You have been warned.

stay away from this place. the hair shades and tangles really bad. the owner, uche is a liar. the hair is not human hair, it is synthetic. i paid her $ 2800 for wholesale hair, she gave me synthetic hair after 9 months. i installed the hair and took it out after a week because it all tangled up. she refused to return my money, nor exchange the hair with real virgin human hair. i took her to small claim court and the judge awarded me 100% refund, but she still hasn’t paid me yet.

The owner is a thief. they cheat people.

I purchased the European clip on white blonde very nice and soft still rocking it, will be back i recommend this place to the best human hair company.

Oct 2013, I purchased Virgin Brazilian curly hair from Uche’s and initially loved it. I had it made into a U-​part. Initially the hair did not tangle or shed. The few times (approx 3 times) I straightened it, it curled right back up with ease after washing it. After a 2^nd install, I wore it curly the majority of the time up until about April 2014. At that point, after washing it, it no longer curled (which means it wasn’t Virgin hair) and it began to shed, excessively. May of 2014, I went back to Uche’s, to discuss it. I brought the original receipt, which indicated it was Virgin Curly Brazillian hair, pictures of me wearing it curly and at the time I visited the store it was completely straight. I also displayed the shedding by simply running my hands through the hair and leaving a handful of hair on the clipboard that was placed on the counter. Her assistant agreed with me about the shedding and told me that she would have to wet it to see if it no longer curled up. I told her to please do so and she kind of laughed it off. She just said to leave my name and number and the owner will contact me. Not to my surprise, Uche never called me. There are MANY places in LA and surrounding areas that sell quality hair. I will not go back to Uche’s and will have to give an honest response when someone asks me about the quality of hair and customer service. I will pay for quality, honesty and great customer service, which I have certainly found elsewhere.
