I am a graduate student living in one of Ken’s complexes on West Benton in Iowa City. I haven’t had many concerns in my two years of living there, but those that have come up were addressed without any issues. Last year, when the dryer went out it was replaced within a reasonable amount of time.
Also my refrigerator has been making loud rumbling noises because of the compressor and Ken contacted me to let me know that it would be taken care of. And I am glad to say that it was taken care of today – after about 3 weeks. They had to budget accordingly. Nevertheless, I’m pretty happy with my new fridge.
