A pro and a con for KD Engineering.
Pro: When my partner spilled coffee on my laptop and it died, they were able to retrieve everything from the hard drive, and were able to get the computer working again. The laptop lasted about 5 more months after the accident. They warned me that once liquid is inside the computer that it would eventually die, but I was surprised at how long it lasted before finally shuffling off its mortal coil.
Con: The keyboard came back slightly warped from the drying process, and one of the keys was missing!
