I bought a pair of jeggings and within two months the belt loop ripped and left a hole. I went to the store to return it but I lost the receipt and they said I couldn’t return it without it if it had been washed. A month later, a large hole ripped across the crotch area. The jeans were not too small, so that was not the cause of the hole. The cause of the hole was bad quality, plain and simple. I will not be shopping at this store again.

Just was in here and looked like manager and coworker were more concerned with talking to each other than helping us. Will shop elsewhere

Had to update my review because I came in here one more time to find a shirt for my little brother, he needed one for his middle school themed week and he outgrows clothes like nothing! I knew they had cheaper tee shirts here so I came here on a Saturday morning and didn’t get greeted at all when I walked in which is fine! But when I needed help with something, it was so hard to find an associate (keep in mind that there was only ONE other customer in the store with me) and I found them leaning up against one of the counters talking to each other… I walked towards them and they didn’t even bother to turn away from their conversation. So I stood there for a good minute till I felt ignored and dumb, so I just left the clothes I planned on buying and walked out. Found better stuff at Cotton On and H&M for him anyways. I guess the first impression isn’t always reliable!

This is one of those places where you walk in and wish you didn’t. They never have anything appealing to wear. Their sales are often but they don’t help when their clothes are already awful. I bought things from here when I was in elementary school because I didn’t know any better but now that I do I avoid this store at all costs.

This is a really cool store and both employees there today were very friendly, pleasant, and helpful. I was shopping for a pair of jeans and since everything is half price, I paid $ 20 for a $ 40 pair of jeans.
The overall ambience of the store was cool. Everything was so neatly displayed and the layout was well organized. It’s very easy for us to find what we were looking for. The signs were large and clear, so I know where to find the best bargains — 50% off!
The dressing room was clean, tidy, and well maintained. The cashier was cool and the transaction was fast and simple. A great shopping experience here today.

This is a great store. I have shopped here for many years and love the clothes. The workers are nice, they usually have great sales, and the store is a good size. I don’t know if I’ve ever been in this store when there hasn’t been a huge sale. The music is a little loud, but it fits the store and the people that shop at the store, and it’s fun music, so it’s not a problem. Some of my clothes are not as good of quality as some of my other clothes from similar stores, which is why I give it 4 stores, instead of 5. However, it’s definitely worth a look, because they do have a good selection of clothes, great sales, and you will have great costumer service.

The staff is always super friendly and perky here! I feel bad when I leave empty-​handed… they try so hard and are super helpful!
There’s absolutely nothing wrong with this store — they have a great selection of sizes in stock — and have a lot of great clothing items on offer from jeans to hoodies to shirts to PJs, etc. They particularly have a lovely ladies perfume.
The only reason I’m not giving this store a higher marking is that it seems to have become slightly more expensive in the last few months? Prices used to be lower than Hollister, but they’ve been almost equal lately.
