Apex Plumbing

I woke up Sunday morning and heard the sound of rushing water in my front yard.
I found that the PVC pipe from the street water supply attached to water pressure regulator apparently cracked. Turned off the water supply and called Apex Plumbing (Avner). We have used their service several times in the last 10 years.
Avner came out within a few hours and replaced the cracked pipe and discovered that the water pressure regulator had failed as well. Water pressure was registering over 100 lbs psi and should be 50 – 55. He replaced the water regulator the next day and all is well now.
I would highly recommend Apex Plumbing to anyone who needs a professional plumbing service. Their customer service is outstanding.

when avner arrived my house was full of water all over the carpet bathroom smell like s. t .
first of all they stopped the leak right away, less then an hr problem solved and more then that he find me the right guy from Mark it Clean to extract all the water and clean the carpet.

The day after Christmas I found my living room in a cold wet mess– an exterior water service line broke as it entered the wall and flooded my carpeting. Technically not a slab leak but almost the same thing. I’m a handy guy but I know when I have to call a pro. I searched Unilocal and found Avner of APEX Plumbing and a few others. Avner was first to come out and he won me over by evaluating the leak and discussing several repair options (the absolute last resort was to jack hammer the slab/​foundation). Of major importance was he promised to arrange a temporary fix to keep water flowing during the repair while eliminating any more leakage. He set a fair price and I hired him. He got right to work, kept the mess to a minimum, kept the water running during most of the reroute and most importantly he held to our agreed upon price while making sure I was satisfied with the appearance of the exposed pipes. Avner’s crew took two days to complete initial leak detection and elimination, temporary fix during the work and permanent pipe reroute.
I hope to never have another major water leak but if I do I will call Avner at Apex Plumbing first. My wife and I were very happy with his work.

What a relief. Having Avner from Apex on the job, I felt secure that the job was in good hands. Sure enough, he arrived on time as scheduled, and finished in one day, within the estimated price range. In spite of the complications the job presented, Avner refused to take any shortcuts. He took care of my house as well as I would have. I highly recommend Apex.

He is an excellent choice. Professional yet polite, friendly, humble and very personable. His years of experience shows in his work. He examined the problem, gave us practical solutions and started working the next day and finished in less than a day and a half, reroute of pipe thru closet rather than thru the family room wall and leave a repair mark in full view.
