Arby’s

Seriously this place has bad customer service. I work night shift and sometimes I crave arbys. Oh they open till 1130pm? NOPE they close at 10pm-​11 depending if they want to work why put up a sign when you are not going to obey it… order takes forever I’ve gotten some nasty fries. I was by my self in the drive thru and took 10 mins for my order…

COLD FOOD
Yes, the location is fast. That’s because the food is all pre-​made.
Went here for lunch today. Order a medium roast beef and 4 piece mozzarella sticks. In just seconds after I paid my order was up.
Got sauce and sat down to eat.
Mozzarella sticks were cold. It was like biting into breaded block of hard cheese.
Roast beef was also cold.
Took my order back and told them to make it fresh as everything is cold.
After a 10 minute wait, I got my food fresh (as it should have been to begin with) without sauce. Had to get sauce all over again. Waste of time.
In theory, pre-​making food is a genius move. I used to do this when I worked at Caribou Coffee during high school. I would pre-​make 1 – 2 espresso shots. This was when the barista at the coffee shop had to manually make espresso shots rather then now when the barista would just push a button.
However, when I pre-​made shots, the customer would not notice, as I also mixed it with 31oz of milk, flavoring, whip and sprinkles. There was a customer that only wanted espresso shots (and tipped well), so I would clean the espresso maker (we clean it every night) and make him a fresh shot.
Here however, I can tell that they pre-​made the food. The entire sandwich is cold. That’s like me pre-​making lattes and handing them to a customer, cold.

I have had a craving for Arby’s for WEEKS so I finally decided to quench my craving. I just started training for a half marathon so it felt like the perfect time to go to Arby’s.
I ordered the brisket sandwich, fries, and the mozzarella sticks. The sandwich was good, the fries really good, and the mozzarella sticks AMAZING.
The service was quick (I was there at 10:30 AM so I would hope it would be) and the staff was friendly.
Now that my craving has been satisfied I don’t really feel a overwhelming need to come back for a while. But I did enjoy it!

Pumpkin cheesecake shake — Disgusting! This tastes like spoiled baby food… I would not recommend this to anyone!

I came in with low expectations (sorry, Arby’s!) due to poor experiences in the past, but this location far exceeded what I could have expected. The service was fantastic and the food was very good! When we came in, we were greeted by very friendly staff that was prompt and helpful with our questions. The ambiance was pleasant and extremely clean. I would recommend this location to anyone that is on the fence about trying Arby’s again!

I work right down the street from this location so I tend to come here a lot. The guys I work with usually choose this place for the Smokehouse Brisket sandwich. The food is pretty good and I have no complaints on the food. Only problem is, every time I go there they forget something. I get the French Dip combo meal every time. I went there just about 20 minutes ago and they forgot my au juis dip. Last time I went they forgot my curly fries, time before that they forgot the entire sandwich. I hate driving back to work and sitting down only to realize they forgot something and have to go back. Its not hard to look at a screen and then put those items in the bag. For a group of people demanding $ 15.00 an hour, they really need to step their game up.

I wish I could give this place a no star. I ordered Phillis steak and the steak color was green.

This is the best Arby’s I’ve been to. Amazing staff, amazing food.

This specific location was the fastest service I have ever seen. By the time I ordered with the cashier and just made my payment, my food was out. The people working here seem like they want to do a good job and I noticed (lunchtime) that they would greet some of their regular patrons by first name. I was surprised to see this at an Arby’s or any fast food location.
Food was what you would expect from Arby’s. I’m a huge fan of their roast beef and cheddar. I love their curly fries. And it’s nice to get Arby sauce, Horseradish, Ketchup, dispense as much as you’d like.
So I already love Arby’s but this location also gives you a great experience.

They have the most amazing staff of any restaurant I’ve visited.

I really try not to eat fast food unless I have to and Arby’s in general is not my first pick. That being said this Arby’s has super friendly staff and somehow always serves fresh hot curly fries. Info do find myself here I know I’ll get a better meal with better service than I would at its neighboring fast food joints.

Located in Corporate Park, this Arby’s is somewhat small compared to the one in Foothill Ranch but they have more or less the same stuff. They have very few seats for parties of four, as if single businesspeople from the nearby business plazas would be the primary customers. During the weekend, there were very few people.
Ordering and receiving the food was no hassle, as they would call one’s name up to receive the food. The staff is very nice here. They have more selections of soft drinks than at McDonald’s. There were no problems with the food during this visit and it came out quickly but there weren’t a lot of other customers here anyway.
They have honey mustard in the sauce dispenser here.

As far as fast food goes, well, it’s fast food. But what stands out about this location is the employees. Super friendly and welcoming. They don’t have that look in their eyes where they constantly are wishing they are somewhere else. These people seem to genuinely want to help you.

Either the GM makes a million bucks here or he realllllyy loves his job!!! I saw on his badge 11 years of service and that’s dedication to be in the people industry for so long and still be happy. Every customer that walks in served literally within seconds and waiting for the guest even before they approach the counter! Food is fresh and fast. He advised me in the food choices and gave me a free cup of au jus because I didn’t have enough cash on me. He treats every customer likes he has times in his hands. I hope they are paying him top dollar or give this man a raise! His staff is also nice. As I said good was fresh and fast.

Amazing customer service! Great HOT food. Yummy mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders! Wish they would sell bottles of their Arby’s sauce.

Excuse me! Someone needs to work on the Arby’s web site and include location hours. Since the Arby’s on Technology was closed down some time back, I decided to go across town to the Corporate Park store for one of those delicious looking Sour Dough Breakfast Sandwiches you have pictured on your site. I get there only to find you closed.
Is it just me, or should breakfast be served around 7AM, 8AM or even stretching it 9AM? 10AM or 11AM… NOT!
Maybe you’re one of the locations that don’t serve breakfast. THEN PLEASE, POST IT ON YOUR SITE!

What’s beef? Beef is when I see you. guaranteed to be an ICU… check it.
I recently had the sandwich with the Hawaiian roll. It was pretty ok. I couldnt really tell that the sandwich was on a Kings Hawaiian roll. It tasted the same as any other sandwich.

The sandwiches suck, but the people are cool. I guess what can one expect for 99 cent sandwiches.
I usually only go here to grab some ketchup when McDonald’s forgets to puts some in my bag and I’m headed back towards the Corporate Park. :P

I ordered the French Dip and Swiss with Gravy for $ 3.89.
The Roast Beef and Swiss Cheese is so very good dipped in the hot Gravy.
This Drive Thru brought a big smile to my hungry face.
