Let me tell you about my experience. If I could give negative stars I would. I have been waiting for a new instrument cluster since the day I bought my car in November. Here we are after getting the run around for over 2 months now and still no cluster but instead phone calls and no calls returned, no part from my car. Even better we have driven down there 3 times to give them a part number so they could order it and still not here. My time is to valuable to have to play detective and figure out what is going on. Talk about the world’s worst customer service. They don’t follow through or up with there loyal customers who spend their hard earned money there. I just want my car fixed before I have to take a different action. I honestly just want this fixed and forget I ever stumbled upon this delearship. I am very reasonable and willing to adjust my review and just part ways. Please Jim newton or neuson. Just fix my car like you said you would. I encourage a call back.
