Called ahead and was told that I could walk in and buy a bike here, turns out you can’t. Drive over to the shop to find it is online only and there is no one there who wants to answer questions for you or even show you a bike to look at. Definitely recommend going elsewhere for bike purchases or another biking need.

We found that the location on Newport Blvd. in CM closed and the only showroom available was in Long Beach. I didn’t want to drive out there so the guy who answered the phone was kind enough to tell me that online orders are picked up in the Irvine location. The Irvine store isn’t open yet but the warehouse is available for will call. Perfect! I live in the area!
I placed my order for a fixed gear bike and another order for a set of wheels to replace a bent set on another fixie we have. Ordering was easy. However, I soon found out that «in stock» doesn’t mean the bike is inventoried at the Irvine location. They had to order the bike, causing my lil guy additional painful waiting time. A minor setback as it was only an additional day. Their computer system works well. I received 2 emails that they were processing my 2 orders. I received another 2 emails telling me the items were ready to be picked up and one additional email telling me the bike was built. Their email noted 3 days for bike builds but we got lucky and they were able to do it the same day it arrived at the Irvine warehouse.
I picked up the bike today with my very excited son — the bike looked awesome. They even adjusted the seat for him to ride out of the store.
They’re trying to get the showroom open by the end of the month but it could be as late as early May. We will definitely be back for accessories, um, and a back brake since the front brake made him flip over the bike and crash semi-​gracefully to the ground. War wounds from his first ride out on his new bike today.
