I am just reading the other reviews of Brandon Davar and I feel they took the words right out of our mouths. Brandon was one of a few names thrown our way from my company (all only word of mouth contacts no one had used) when we were swiftly needing to relocate from Chicago to Orange County for work. Brandon immediately shot to the top with his professionalism, attentiveness, empathy to our situation and coaching on what to consider and do every step of the way. We needed to find a rental house in Irvine and he was as considerate to our needs as if he were selling a multi-​million dollar home to us. Once we are settled and know where we want to buy, there is no question who we will use. Brandon is the best! But don’t use him too much, so we can work with him again soon.

there simply aren’t enough stars to describe our experience working with brandon. we were looking for a rental in irvine and through some great luck ended up with brandon as our agent. he was incredibly patient and willing to do whatever it took to help us find the right fit for our family rather than pressuring us into taking something just to move on. he was readily available and always had such a warm, friendly disposition. the home we finally found was the right layout and location, but was in pretty bad disrepair. brandon went above and beyond to advocate for us to make sure everything was perfect upon our move-​in. he was kind and encouraging and obviously wanted the best for our family. brandon is extremely professional and just a great guy to work with. i hope we don’t have to move again for a long time, but if we do, the only upside would be working with brandon again!

Brandon is compassionate, understanding, calculated, organized, professional, and very respectful. I also appreciate his values. He doesn’t look down at others if they have different values, wants, and needs from his. He understood us from day one. It was easy to work with him. He is very knowledgeable. Brandon has helped me find a new home twice now and I cannot recommend him enough. Not only is he highly responsive, aggressive and professional… he also personally invests himself into helping his clients which is not something I have experienced in working with other real estate professionals.
