This is not your typical escrow company! Recently it was started up by Janet Schriar, who owned the #1 escrow company in Southern California (Heritage Escrow) from the 1970’s until several years ago when she sold it to First American. Unfortunately, Heritage is not what it used to be. But Generations Escrow has the same culture, and a lot of the the «old» people, that had made Heritage great.
I look forward to watching, and being part of, their great future.
