This was the first time I ever sold a house and I was a bit anxious. My property had some issues and I was expecting some delays and problems but my house sold pretty quickly! Just bought my first home thru HCM. Lenny worked to find me the right place and took the edge off of what would otherwise be a nerve-​wracking experience. Due to Steve’s knowledge and experience in a highly competitive market, he and his team were able to develop a strategy that got us the property. Steve was extremely professional and efficient in presenting the offer to the seller, and was very prompt in coordinating all of the escrow conditions.
We also took out our mortgage through their in-​house broker Sav-​More Financial as they had a wide range of lenders to choose from. They thoroughly explained the mortgage process with a great deal of honesty and didn’t mind us asking a lot of questions. We had some credit problems in the past, but they were still able to find a lender that could offer us a mortgage at a competitive rate.

HCM got my house and my mortgage closed in 18 days! I thought getting approved by the bank was going to be the tough part. Not with HCM! They got my mortgage in place in 15 days with a good rate and were even able to lower it more when rates dropped. Everyone in the office is super helpful and they know everything about real estate!
Lenny handled my actual loan application and worked with the bank to get me approved. He was efficient and responsive. He is a total pro. This is my third property purchase and it was the easiest closing I’ve had so far.
