All foods are really good. Veggies and Meat are fresh and full. The price is much cheaper than another one.

My office is in the same building as this shop, otherwise I would probably not frequent them as much as I do. The one word explanation for this sandwich shop is «mediocre». I’ve had better, I’ve had worse. Unfortunately there is no consistency. Best sandwich here is the Bulgogi but it too suffers from being decent one day to poor the next. Their biggest issue in my option in the Bread to fillings ratio. You HAVE to ask for double meat just to get a decent sandwich, and then you better make sure they give it too you because you will be charged, whether you get it or not. If you don’t work in the building, I would advise somewhere else. Added a photo that is a perfect example.

So rude. Called in to place a to go order. Asked to speak to a manager because last time they royally f*ed my order. Didn’t want to complain. Just wanted someone to be aware. As soon as I asked for a manager, I got hung up on by the rudest man I have ever spoken to. Definitely lost my business.

Came here because the pictures of the breakfast sandwich looks amazing. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese crossaint with cheese and avocado. It was thee worst breakfast sandwich I have ever had. Hardly any bacon or avocado. And it was like the girl put a pinch of shredded cheese. Totally disappointed. Never going back

Under new management. Used to have the best BLT. Now, they didn’t even know what a BLT was and when I explained what I wanted they made it sound like a hassle. When I got the sandwich it literally had one piece of bacon. Very skimpy on the produce as well. It’s a shame. Probably won’t be back.

This place is awesome. They are a little hard to find, but like a little hidden treasure when you find them! Customer service is awesome, you can call ahead, they are super quick and have your food ready fast if you are in a hurry. The food is great quality and they have an awesome selection. I would recommend the chicken healthy or the chicken pesto sandwich, both are great. Bag of chips, drink, and have to get one of those black and white cookies to go!

I was referred to this place by a co-worker who was enjoying one of their breakfast sandwiches at our office. I was impressed, because his sandwich was wrapped in aluminum foil and butcher paper. It’s the little things. So, although I have my usual spot I go to for Friday morning breakfast, I took my Breakfast Club to this place. We were pleasantly surprised. For us, it was within walking distance. The Louisiana breakfast burrito I had was just the perfect size. Some places like to overwhelm you with Chipotle-style gimongous burritos, but. .. why ruin your remaining meals for the rest of the day by stuffing yourself? Right amount of meat. Right amount of egg. Will go back again next Friday and try another breakfast item. I went there today for lunch and got a Honey Chicken Salad. Don’t expect premium greens here like you do at Tender Greens or Urban Plates. No kale. No arugula. It’s just standard greens that you would expect at any other deli. But, at least I can say they were fresh greens. For me, cut to perfect bite-size as well. I asked them to toss half the dressing in and give me the other half on the side. They forgot to give the other half, but that’s okay, because honestly, it was tossed to perfection(at least for my mouth). One interesting thing about the chicken was that it was cut and grilled«medallion» style. It had flavor and was easy to chew. That’s all that matters to me. I hate getting big, fat pieces of grilled chicken that are dry and flavorless on the inside. It’s a family-run place and mom, pop, and daughter are really friendly and ready to accommodate. Can’t ask for much more. Check this place out.

Lots of tasty options here: sandwiches, salads, wraps, hot sandwiches & melts, cheeseburgers, breakfast burritos, etc… I love their many coffee/frappuccino flavors as well, and of course the very friendly service. This is a great place if you’re looking for something healthy and delicious. Located in an office building, but easy to find, has an indoor seating area and a nice quiet patio area.

If you work anywhere near where the 5 freeway meets Jamboree and you want to grab a delicious sandwich, cheeseburger with grilled onions, or a tasty salad, then Kookie’s is your place! I eat here about twice a week and I don’t just come here because it’s super close to my work. I come here because: * They have great sandwiches! I particularly enjoy the Buffalo Chicken Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich and the Pastrami Reuben! When I’m feeling healthy, their Chicken Salad is really tasty. * They open at 7:30 am, so when I leave the house in a hurry and forget to eat breakfast, I know I can come here at grab some oatmeal, a breakfast quesadilla, a breakfast burrito, or even an omelette! * The staff here is super-friendly and if you’re a regular they make it a point to call you by name. The professional service with a smile is greatly appreciated and is very consistent here. * They have daily specials(see example picture that I took). * They make fresh California rolls daily. They are huge and just one of them fills me up! * They make home-cooked, home-made soup daily. My favs are the tortilla soup, clam chowder, and their cream of potato. * They have chorizo and egg burritos and they are delicious! * They serve all kinds of coffee and espressos! They even have blended drinks that you can order! Even if you don’t work in the area and want to grab some really good food, Kookie’s is the place to go. Tip #1: You can call your order in ahead of time if you want to pick it up and take it to go. Tip #2: They accept credit cards here but you need to make a minimum purchase of $ 5. Tip #3: They also do catering, you can call them for more details. Tip #4: Kookie’s is located inside a 3 story office building where the main tenants are LSI, DBM, and Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company. Just park in the visitor parking up front, walk in through the glass doors, if the guard is there just tell him you’re grabbing some lunch, then walk all the way to the end and Kookie’s will be on your right-hand side. Tip #5: The KIA headquarters is one of our neighbors at the end of the cul de sac, so if you see the KIA office building you drove too far. Just make a u-turn and the Kookie’s building will be on your right-hand side(the 2nd driveway).
