This place is horrible! The office staff is beyond lazy. I am a combat veteran. I needed a letter from the business to verify my treatment dates, so I can get travel reimbursement, needlessly to say the Asian female office staff, tried to give me a hard time, and did not want to sit her ass down to type a brief generic letter. This shitty ass business has lost my business and any future dealings. Plus, the nurse was too lazy to order my medical record, she wanted me to produce my medical record for them. I am the customer, they need to do their jobs, lazy incompetent asses… The person who I dealt with is Sherri Chang. Stay clear from that woman! Very Poor… I can’t post without a rating. This business is not even worth any rating…

I was suffered with shoulder pain for over year. Some of the doctors just prescribe strong pain medication to me, which I dislike to take. My shoulder pain was just getting worse and worse until I met with Dr. Ho & Dr. Lai. Because my shoulder was swelling and I couldn’t lift it up at all, he refer me to the physical therapist, Kristen. I really liked her too, and she never forces me like other therapy places. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate Dr. Ho and his staff, with out them my life will still be with pain and suffering. I like Dr. Ho, Dr. Lai, their physical therapist and all his staff. They have a nice comfortable waiting area, and office staff always gives you a warm welcome as soon as you walk in to the clinic. I have been a patient at this office few months and I am very pleased.

I came to Dr. Ho because I was experiencing very severe back pain and I wanted ultrasound therapy. Upon first meeting him, I was lectured that a lot of people come to him for the wrong reasons. This was followed by an interrogation, some questions pertaining to my personal life. I was there to figure out what was going on with my back and find a way to fix it and instead was treated like some sort of drug hunting junkie when I never even wanted anything to do with medication. The whole experience made me very uncomfortable. He recommended physical therapy. The physical therapist was very nice, however I think the sessions were overpriced for what they were. When I got the bill the total was about $ 1,000 for 3 therapy sessions plus 150 for the therapists evaluation. I’m not sure what therapy usually costs, but this just seemed high to me.
