Very Nice, Friendly and professional! Love them so much

Purchased a group in for an ipl treatment. Communication was a major issue. I can understand a language barrier or broken English, but I never received an introduction of the many people that treated me besides the doctor that performed the service. I didn’t get an explanation of what was being done at a specific time nor what to expected since this is was my first time. I also ended up getting burns on my forehead and they seemed very avoidant after the treatment because of that. The doctor didn’t seem like she knew what was going on or how to properly use the machine.

I saw some of the reviews and was hesitant to come here. But decided to judge for myself. So glad I did! I won’t go into details of what I did here but all I can say is that they are good!!! If you want a facial … this is a FANTASTIC place to get one too. Of course I got more than facials and I am so please with how my face is turning out. My skin over all is looking really good and healthy.
Sue has been there every step of the way with me, giving me suggestions and recommendations as to treatments that can further improve my skin. What makes me really love Lotus is that they are a well-​rounded clinic. Each package helps the other so that you get overall better results. As opposed to other clinics I’ve been to where they would recommend a procedure and then it ends up causing damage on other parts of my skin.
Of course none of this is cheap. But it’s not too pricey either and yes I’ve shopped around.

I go here for all my skincare needs. I have a facial package (laser toning), so I go on a bi-​weekly basis. This helps to brighten my skin and helps to keep dark spots in check. I have also sent my parents to help with some major skin conditions. The staff is super friendly and I appreciate the very thorough job they do to ensure my skin looks good.

This was the second time at Lotus Medical Group. The first time I had a facial with Co laser which left my facial skin or face looking 10 yrs younger with dark sun age spots gone. I have never had such a great facial. Sue was awesome she told me IPL was not good choice for my skin type then allowed me to use my groupon with discounted price for best laser treatment for my face. I had a RN nurse do my laser treatments she answered all my questions well. This time I had a cleansing facial with laser genesis which was super relaxing leaving my face soft and smoothe. Everyone working here is very nice and professional. The place is kept nice and clean. Sue is very knowledgeable gives you options but not pushy. I have meet the doctor who is very nice woman. They have always insisted to have paperwork filled out ahead of time and a consult first. I had a male perform my laser genesis who did great job. My face looks better. I referred my best friend she loves what her facial and procedure did to her face. I an recommending everyone to go here. They are honest, caring and know which lasers will improve your skin and entire face. Best outcome ever.

As a person who has done a lot of research and had a number of anti aging treatments over the years I feel so fortunate to have found Lotus Medical and met Sue the wonderful head RN there. I travel back and forth between NY and the OC and I can honestly say that there is not another clinic that I trust more. Sue and the rest of the staff are so attentive, precise and most of all caring. I have had multiple treatments from their Photofacials, Pastelle Genesis, anti aging IV drips, and facials. I love everything I have done and the results are amazing. I am very picking and I never feel rushed and I never worry about them not taking their time because they always do. Thanks so much Lotus, Sue and Staff!!!

I have been going to Lotus for Fillers injection and some other facial related (Double Chin good for the lifting and firming treatment /​Aqua Shin Injection make my skin flawless just in one treatment). I like her a lot — she knows her job and so I am satisfied with the results. She listens and attentive to my needs so I kept going back for my Fillers every few months! It is worth it with Sue!

I did the Intensive Pore Cleansing treatment which is just another name for a crappy facial with SCAR-​INDUCING EXTRACTIONS. They left brown, deep scars in the front of my face. they didn’t have me fill out paperwork until after the treatment where i had to confirm i was not using Tretinoin. When i saw that i was alarmed and told them i was using tretinoin but they ignored this because they had already done the treatment and used chemicals on my face. i am very upset as the SCARS ARE VERY VISIBLE and COSTLY to get rid of. When I went to confront them, the manager Sue did nothing to help and just denied having ever done extractions. Preposterous. This place is NEGLIGENT and should be investigated as I didn’t see any medical doctors/​physicians/​nurses there either even when they’re using invasive lasers.
