New View Windows Installation

I originally had a 5 star rating posted about my trustworthy dealings with Brandon, but I have now been advised that New View Remodel has not paid their subcontractors with the payments that I remitted them. Evidently they owe $ 4800 to sub-​contractors– and as a result, my house is now subject to lien by those subs. I am awaiting New View’s reply for resolution — but have been told they may be now ready to close shop? Brandon and Brady — please contact myself, Jeff, and Derek and advise of the payment that is owed to them if that is the case?

My husband and I just moved to Orange County from the San Francisco Bay Area a few months ago and one of my husband’s friends had this really awesome door installed in his house. The door had multiple panels and all slid to one side which really opened up the room. We stumbled across this company New View and we visited the show room in Irvine. The showroom was a little rough around the edges but they explained that they were still in the process of setting up and had just moved to the new location. It made us a little weary at first, but it did allow us to see the door that they were offering. This particular door was beautiful! It had a gorgeous wood on the interior and the representative showed us how easy it was to operate which was one of my major concerns because my friend’s door at their house in the SF Bay area was really heavy and had multiple pins which was very difficult to operate. The one that New View had available works on magnets and was super easy to use. We shopped around at some of the competitors but our decision was easy as it was the best product and the least expensive we looked at. We just had it installed and it looks gorgeous! Our new house had brand new windows but if it didn’t I definitely would have gotten the ones they had available. I wanted the windows they had available because they tilt and turn and you can clean them from inside the house but surprisingly the sales rep dissuaded me because he explained that it wasn’t a good financial move at this time. Highly recommend this company, great quality and very trustworthy staff!

Their prices are really fair and the quality of their windows is outstanding. I shopped around for a really long time before finding them and got high quality clear glass and retractable screens. I love how you can’t see the screens when the windows are closed. It really improved my view with the crystal clear glass which increased the value of my home. These guys are really professional, thoroughly answered all my questions, got back to me really quickly and completed the job fast. The installations are beautifully done and not cheap looking like a lot of others I’ve seen. I recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

I seen this add on craigslist for homeowners free giveaway I thought to myself ok what’s the catch. So Iseen the picture’s of the item’s that they were to giving away then I really thought to myself ok there’s got yo be a catch because all the item’s were new and some what expensive well I seen a front entry door in the add and I had been looking for one for my mother’s house for sometime now she has a terrible termite problem so there’s alot of thing’s that are needing to be replaced due to the expense of material’s most of these are put off but only to be fotting away and unsafe so I decided to go on out to see what this giveaway was about boy was I happy I did there was no catch and they really did give away free stuff materials from HOME DEPOT they were very helpful all the people were nice and I had fun I want to tgank them because of them my mother has a new door witch we weren’t able to afford I will be attending the next event they will be having once a month this program is awesome it helps those that can’t afford to …

This was amazing. My family was interested in replacing a window to our backyard and I was the one most involved in finding the right company and observing the installation. I found New View at the OC fairgrounds and we set up a consultation. I got a lot of helpful information and new after our meeting I was going to chose this company over the others I was looking into.
The first day of the installation was smooth and efficient. They came prepared and I could tell I knew what they were doing. The start the project and were done by the end of the weekend.
It looks great! I’ve had a birthday party since the installation and I can’t tell you how many great comments I got on the new window. It’s so easy to open and have lead into my backyard.

I asked three highly rated Angie’s List companies to provide an estimate for the work. New View Remodel responded quickly, then came to my house to do the estimate. They were far more competitive on price than the competition, they were responsive, and Brandon’s estimate was straight forward and honest. I let them know they were my choice. They came out the next day and took window and door measurements, they were able to order them (the doors were custom size. They told me it would take until mid-​Feb to get the doors, and they were right on. We scheduled an installation day for mid-​week, the installation team showed up exactly on time, removed the old windows and doors and installed new ones, cleaned everything up, and were gone all in about seven hours. Brandon showed up at the end of the job to inspect the installation and to make sure I was happy with everything, which I certainly was. Fantastic service, competitive price, set a schedule and price and keep to it. I would certainly use these guys again and would recommend them to anybody.

Here’s what you need to know. New View Remodel is attentive, affordable, and really good at what they do. You’re lucky to have stumbled onto this company’s website. I don’t normally give positive reviews, but these guys really deserve the highest praise.
