Very professional. Needed a photo that meets Canadian Passport standards and no CVS or FedEx stores would do it. Photo Boutique is the place to go if you are in the OC area and need a photo for a foreign passport. Trust.

Accompanied the bf to get his Canadian passport photos and we were in and out in 10 minutes!
We made the mistake of not looking into the requirements of a Canadian passport vs a US passport, so he went with me to Costco to take photos because it’s only $ 5 there! We realized after the fact that those photos would not be acceptable, so I did a quick search on Unilocal & found this place.
The lady there was super friendly and took a professional picture of him that turned out way better than the Costco version. She already knew what size the photo needed to be and had the proper stamp for the back which was needed. It did cost around $ 25 but we knew everything was done properly as he’s already received his passport back and everything went smoothly.

They were open on Sunday which is a plus, they had the catalogue with almost all countries Visa /​Passport requirements, dimensions also a plus .
Not pleasant part is that we had to wait a bit for our turn since there was only one lady taking pictures we waited for almost half an hour also she had to re-​print the pictures since she miscalculated the dimensions. I felt the price for the pictures was very high almost $ 80 for 8 passport photos .

Have come here multiple times for Canadian passport photos since having it rejected with passport photos from AAA and JCPenney. Staff was very knowledgeable on requirements for Canada passports. Exact print dimensions including that for size of the face. After taking photo, saw that there was a little reflective glare on my glasses and they advised me to take photo without the glasses so that there wouldn’t be chance of rejection. Quick service.

Came here for Canadian passport photos, very fast, knowledgeable, and the photos actually look like ones that Passport Canada will accept.
I went in at 9am sharp, got my photos in less than 20 minutes. The staff stamped the back of my photo per Passport Canada requirements, super efficient.
For the money, this is a great place. Don’t go to places that pretend to know what they’re doing. You might pay 50% less, but you risk losing a lot of valuable time and possible denial by Passport Canada.

If you need a specialty photo, such as Canadian Passport, this is the only place that can get it done right. Service is prompt, attentive, quality is excellent, and the price is very very reasonable, what else could you ask for?

If you don’t want to get scammed don’t go to this place.
They charge $ 21.99 for a digital copy which can be photoshopped within 10 minutes. The Russian photographer was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t tell me up front I had to pay for four passport photos ($ 21) even though I only wanted two. She even called me «being cheap» during the argument.

I brought in an old photo of my husband’s parents that had to other people in the picture. My husband wanted a new picture of just his parents. Creating this involved not only blacking out the two people on either side, but also adding an ear to his Dad’s face, (it was blocked), and reopening his Dad’s eye (it was shut in the picture.) We couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome. The new-​and-​improved photo is now conspicuously displayed in our home. We highly recommend Eveline and her company!

I’m in the process of renewing my US passport so I needed a new picture. I went to Walgreens yesterday and in all 3 shots I looked washed out and half dead. The result was a picture that could only be used in conjunction with a person’s criminal record. Thank goodness for Unilocal.I stopped into Photo Boutique this afternoon, and the cameraman could not be more pleasant, helpful, and friendly. He took a few shots, and his expertise and the more flattering lighting (because really, who looks that great under pharmacy fluorescents?), brought life back into the photo. I’m so glad that I won’t spend the next decade hiding my new passport in shame. The extra buck or two over Walgreen’s pricing was worth it. Thanks guys!

I have to agree with PGH’s review down below. I had to get specific photos done for my Canadian residency application so I couldn’t just go down to the nearest CVS to have some Joe shmoe take my pictures.
The owner was extremely friendly and even though she was dealing with a rather rude customer in front of me, she kept on apologizing. She took my photos and took a lot of time measuring my photos to make sure they met the specifications. I really appreciated it. Great place!

I walked in, was immediately greeted by a friendly lady. She took my photo within 2 minutes of me walking in, and I was out the door with my photos in about 10 minutes.

Only place in OC that does Canadian passport photos according to guidelines. Does US passport and other international standards as well. Has various services for photography: weddings, portraits, family photos, photo development and etc. Nice lady that helped me was very professional.
