These guys saved our loves, obviously they are really expensive for how long it takes to open the cars. They charged us $ 65 and he got there in 10 minutes and was done opening the car in 5 minutes.

I lost my keys and AAA sent this company to me. It was a Sunday and I had too much going on at work to miss Monday so I paid for a new key. I joked with the locksmith that as soon as he left I’d find my keys and he said that it’s almost guaranteed and that if I did he’d come back and reprogram my old key free of charge as it only takes about 10 minutes and I’m local. Great I thought. At least that way I will have a spare again.
Side note: I had just moved so I wasn’t sure where my spare was.
Fast forward to Monday, I stopped by my leasing office (was closed Sunday) during lunch. They found my keys! So stoked. I called up the number on the card that the locksmith gave me and the person who answered took a message from me for the locksmith… never got a call back. Tried again a week later and actually spoke to the locksmith who told me they were short staffed but he’d call me back later in the week. No call. Called again a couple weeks later. Again left a message with someone who told me I should get a call in 15 minutes. 2 weeks later I tried again. This time the call started with them telling me the locksmith (I’m not using his name because why bother?) wasn’t in at the moment. When I explained what I needed then I was told he was no longer with the company. I asked if they’d honor the verbal agreement and was told they charge for key programming and that was just something that particular locksmith offered. This place is a joke. Terrible customer service. Almost 2 months later I have found my spare as well, along with the valet key. I have 1 bulky replacement key that works and three factory keys that are useless. I give them 1 star for doing what I paid for initially. I’ll never do business with this place again.

Called these guys via AAA and they showed up in 20 minutes and got us in the car in virtually no time. Professional, quick, reliable. Easily 5 stars.
