Coming from the East Coast (New Jersey), there aren’t too many higher end bike shops close by. For me, Rock N’ Road basically across the street. They always have what I need (in terms of accessories/​parts) and their staff is always happy to help with any questions I have.
I used to be a hardcore biker, but as I got older, life took priority so I’m a bit behind on the latest tech. When I was recently shopping, everyone at the shop was very helpful.
I just wish they stocked a little more in terms of brands. They have a ton of Specialized and their other store stocks Intense. Lucky for me, I’m a Specialized brand nut. :) There are other bike shops relatively close by that do stock other brands, but as with most bike shops, a little friendly competition is always nice.

I recent stopped into Rock N’ Road to take a look at their Specialized Bikes. The employees there were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Blair particularly was personable and took his time helping me out without being pushy. Ultimately I walked out with a new bike, helmet, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received at Rock N’ Road.
