One star for the rudest employee I ever come across at a subway. Another star bc the sandwich was poorly made. I’d skip this location!

My co-worker and I would come to this Subway once a week… the owner knew us by sight and always talked to us. I decided to order a tray of sandwiches for a work party, and looked up pricing on the website for THIS location. I got the price, and printed my receipt and when I got there, she wanted to charge more money. I showed her my printout with the lower price, and she said the website is subject to change at any time. That was it. I will never return to this location of Subway for this reason. She was very rude, to a regular customer.

I go here often if i want something quick and simple. I love subway. I always get a meat ball sub with flat bread, toasted, swiss cheese, black olives, green peppers, onions, and jalapeños. Snaller place but decent room. Out of cookies alot and there’s no reason to get a 6 inch when its like $ 4.26 and $ 5 for a foot long. No sense what so ever. It should be more like $ 2.50 for a 6 inch. Good for quick lunch or dinner. Also has good catering services. Recommend.

The sandwiches are pretty tasty and very affordable. I had a the buffalo chicken and it’s good if you like a slight spice in your food. As for customer service, the man was very nice to explain different types of things they offer such as cheese, chickens and which food is most popular.

Pros and Cons: Pros; 1. Great Sandwiches 2. Affordable Prices 3. Friendly Service Cons: 1. Can be slow and crowded at times i enjoy coming here very often becuase they have really good sandwiches. I usually come here for school lunches because it is the best choice around. My favroite subs are the Spicy Italian and BLT. Irvine High Kids get a free cookie which is very nice

Had lunch here today with my husband. I had the grilled chicken breast on flat bread, he had the meatball sub. My bread was hard around the edges but other than that, the food was good. We both had a cookie; I found the double chocolate cookie to be the best part of my lunch. I may take a break from Subway, I find that it’s too hit or miss with the quality of the food and paying over $ 7 for a sandwich combo is a bit much for so-so quality.

I have been having lunch here lately, you get what you expect from any subway, good fast service in all the visits, one downside when comparing with Togo’s on the other side of the street, you get less meat here, I wish they double the amount specially for the turkey sandwich!

Had a very large order for a company event(6 full to the brim trays, 3 Cookie Trays). Owner of the store — Saira Sulton — was behind the counter finalizing the order. Extraordinarily helpful in planning, creating, and delivering the order for us. Food was fresh as can be. Store itself is small, but in a terrific center(Trader Joes /Smart and Final are the anchor tenants). When the owner gets involved, you know things are going to be done absolutely right. When we need a sandwich service provider for a good size event, I’ll be happy to use them again.
