I called and asked if the adjust watch links and the old lady said yes n i asked what time they close n she said 5. So i drove a half an hour n got their at 445. I was told by the old lady they were closing and id have to pick it up monday. I said it only takes a couple minutes and she replied it takes a little while n we close in 15 min… Oh ok retard it takes a whole 2 min to take a couple links out you rude grandma. Horrible service ! More focused on going home early than the customer

I have doing business with Treuhaft’s Fine Jewelry for over 20 years. Owners Bruce and Lana are fabulous to work with. I have had rings designed by them and they turned out beautifully. I get the «wow» factor on their work from almost everyone who sees it. They are masters of their work and delightful to work with!

I love Treuhaft’s! It is one of the few family owned shops in Irvine. The couple who own it are very sweet. They will help you select the perfect piece. If they don’t have it they will custom order it for you.

Worst customer service ever! If you want to be pre-​judged, condescended to, and sniggered at, then by all means, go ahead and shop here. I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally by anyone in a retail setting. I will never purchase anything here. Upon walking out I immediately called my husband and told him to never buy me anything from these snobs ever again. I am all for supporting local businesses, but there are plenty of other small jewelry stores around, and I would rather give our money to good and courteous people who know how to treat people right. Unfortunately, the people here do not.

This is a great little Jewelry Store that is actually a lot bigger than it seems. If you are looking for extreme attention to detail that gets you that little extra… This is the place. The owner will show you tons of pictures and make you anything you want. I recommend them, and he is extremely honest.
If you are looking for someone that does cheap work for cheap, this is not the place.

I went in to Treuhauft’s looking get an inexpensive pearl necklace repaired with a new clasp. The old woman who works there told that it would be $ 25. When I asked if she could do it for $ 20, she laughed at me. She told me «This place is professional. We don’t bargain. That’s unethical». Surprised at her rudeness, I said «I’m sorry, I’ve never thought of bargaining as unethical.» She responded, «Well, it is. And it’s not fair that people like you do it». I don’t know what people like me are, but I won’t be coming back to this judgmental storefront.
