Worst Doctor office I have ever dealt with! The staff is completely incompetent and unprofessional. I have never experienced such a disgrace to the medical field. I went in to have a check up and they wouldn’t take me because the name of my primary dr on my insurance card wasn’t Betty Gratsy. I informed them it was a mistake and to just call the insurance company to confirm… I even showed the girl at the front desk that online it says Betty Gratsy. All she would have had to do is call the insurance to verify but she refused to. So I had to go back home, call my insurance and have them send me a new card with Betty Gratsy name on it. Then I had to call the office to reschedule my appt. Well I had to wait 2 months before I could get in. My appt. was supposed to be scheduled on a Thursday… well just found out that they have me down for Wednesday. I work on Wednesdays and always have, so I know I would have never made that appt.
Needless to say, I have changed Doctors and will never step foot near this office of idiots!
There’s no remorse from the staff and the girls attitude on the phone was just like ‘oh well, sorry bout your bad luck’

Great diagnostician, was able to properly diagnose a condition that had left two other doctors baffled. Very friendly as well, I greatly appreciate a doctor who has a good bedside manner. She is also very patient with questions and doesn’t mind sharing the details behind her diagnoses and decision-​making if you ask. I’ve had a number of primary care docs in my life, and Dr. Grasty is by far the best.
