The bitchy indian girl on the sunday lunch shift ruined everything. She saying things like“what does she want now”, and refused to cut my daughters quesadilla. Also the lettuce at this chipotle always looks like it’s from the day before.

This place seems to have improved since my last visit roughly 3 weeks ago! I found myself an even more frequent customer prior to that, the result of multiple, countless negative experiences at the Beltline Chipotle location.(An out of the way five mile drive, might I add. Just sayin’). One of the things I really appreciated was the fact that hey now have pre-made, REFRIGERATED guacamole on hand for those ordering chips & guac, etc. it tasted much fresher in comparison to visits in the past when an employs would scoop whatever was sitting as part of the food bar into a cup. Thanks to whomever had that idea. They also appeared to have salsa and possible sour cream(?) on hand too. Service has improved over the visits, I truly believe it solely depends on how busy they are. Refreshment area always seems to be well stocked! Keep up the good work — you guys are clearly a step ahead of the Beltline location.

Not impressed at all. My homemade tacos are better than this. So, I guess mine are gourmet too.

Since the old manager left this location has gone downhill. The restaurant is not ready to serve at 11, the staff has a poor attitude, there is no attention to detail, the soda machine is not well kept, the portions continue to shrink, and the meat quality has diminished(lots of gristle). This used to be one of my favorite fast food restaurants. It was fresh, fast and high quality. Hopefully they will get back on track. Update: We tried Chipotle again this past Saturday. We got there around 11:15. The white rice wasn’t ready. This location is not getting any better. Clearly they have a management issue. This used to be a great place. I would strongly recommend a change of management.

DONOTORDERONLINEORTHROUGHFAXATTHISLOCATION! I have never received horrible customer service like I have experienced here. You would think it would be easy to pick up your order and go. No!!! I went in and waited to be helped at the pick up line. The girl/guy not sure if it was a male or female gave the one moment finger and walked off. About 5 min later two girls came to the right of me and waited. They were helped by another worker. I was in complete disbelief! But i wasn’t going to make it a big deal. After they picked up their food. she asked for my name. She then said she could not find my order. I was like what do you mean I called and confirmed. She stated their system was down. She told me to write down the order. I advised her it wasn’t just one order and i didn’t know everyone’s order. I had to walk to my car and get the confirmation fax order sheet when i walked back in there was a line with 4 – 5 people. I walked in front gave her the order. The people behind me thought I was cutting made remarks. I was already mad with the customer service so I quickly let them know what happened! They apologized. The worker then told me she did have my order the whole time. she thought I ordered online not via fax. So I went through 15 minutes of bullshit just to pick up 3 orders! I will never go to this location or order at chipotle. I’ll be going down the street to Free birds!

It’s your standard Chipotle — line is always crazy during lunch hour, so if you work in the area use the app to put in an online order. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Parking is a nightmare.

Disgusting. This is literally my first bad review after years of using Unilocal as well as going to various Chipotle. I initially went to order a salad and watched as a bowl was filled with slimy, brown lettuce. When I objected– the girl simply dumped it back into the pile and using the Same bowl, asked me if I preferred the shredded lettuce which appeared to be better. Basically shrugging off my question as to whether they planned to feed people the old, wilted lettuce. It wasn’t changed– somehow I felt like the bad guy as she inverted her eyes and I wound up apologizing– feeling like I had hurt her feelings. I just want to eat fresh food– with the«integrity» that they claim to have. VERY disappointed and a bit grossed out.

Very very disappointed to see a bowl full of rice and a funky taste to the 8 pieces of steak. I understand there was a crowd of customers. I understand things happen. What I don’t understand is my poor portioned bowl and odd taste in my mouth.

Line out the door! Why did I stay you ask? Actually, if you’ve been to chipotle you’re probably not asking! Do anywho… I get there around 7pm and like I mentioned the line is to the door. However, it did move quickly and to my pleasant surprise, even with the crowd and large orders the staff was still very friendly and efficient. I love that the food is GMO free, the veggies are local, and the protein isn’t pumped full of steroids. It’s something quick and yummy and yes we know the guacamole is extra. But it’s worth it.

I love Chipotle. Like, LOOOOVE Chipotle– as in, I could eat it every other day type of love. So, believe me when I say that this location is the absolute WORST. I don’t know why their everything(meat, veggies, pico, guac) taste so bland and unseasoned. And to add insult to injury(I would’ve said salt in the wound, but it would have been the first time they salted anything), their employees are unprofessional, have no sense of urgency and don’t seem to think food safety is important. I have gone there 4 times now in the past 2 months(my love for Chipotle kept me coming back), and I think I’m going to start going to the Freebird’s down the street. Signed, The girl who used to debate with everyone why Chipotle was a million times better than Freebird’s.

I eat at Chipotle multiple times a week and this is by far the worst one. They are so stingy with their portion sizes. I’m on a very strict diet for medical reasons so all I can eat here is lettuce, brown rice, black beans, and guacamole. If they don’t give me my full portion I’m paying for then I’m eating practically nothing! I asked for more lettuce and the guy took a few shreds and added it on top. Really? Give a full handful dangit! Plus a only got half a spoonful of the beans and rice. Ridiculous. This location is not worth the money you pay.

There are some lazy employees here. They treated me like I’ve never been to a Chipotle before, come on. I know all Chipotles are busy during lunch hour. That is why I place my order online to be picked up before it gets busy with instruction to exclude bell peppers. All the other Chipotle picks them out for me because they have time to when orders are placed online. I dont hold up the line that way. This is the only Chipotle that doesnt pick them out for me. They waited till I get there to tell me they cant pick them out because the onion and the bell pepper are mixed together. DUH? like I’ve never been to a Chipotle before? why do you think I request for onion only? They work slow with no urgency. I hate this location.

Can you say worst experience ever at my favorite place Chipotle?! I walk in only to find the entire hot bar shut down and cleared of food. You’re probably assuming that I came here at closing time but no… there was another 2 hours of business left. I was told to order my food at a shifty side door where the waitress wrote my order down on paper and only accepted cash! Super shady… might not come back here!

This place is always packed to outside the door during lunch hour, but the staff here work so efficiently that the line actually goes very quickly. They keep the eating area well maintained and stock on all condiments appropriately. Parking is a hassle no matter what, so don’t be surprised if you have to walk a distance. The margaritas are also well-made and they do not skimp on the tequila.

I never have been a fan of this place but always have to come here because my co-workers are die hard Chipotle lovers. I sometimes wonder if they have a shrine at their home for this place. In anycase, this restaurant is clean and convienantly located off McArthur. The line is always running smoothly unless you have a full soccer team show up like we had. Thankfully they came in after we got in line. But you can just see the expression on the workers their saying«Oh Sh$%!» Decent pricing. You get to choose what you want. Like I said, its okay.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a build your own burrito(or taco/salad/burrito bowl) restaurant in Las Colinas. They specialize in using fresh ingredients to build your meal to order. My Overall Rating — 2 ½ Stars(Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere — Located along MacArthur’s hyper busy restaurant row, you’ll find Chipotle Mexican Grill in a small strip next to Potbelly. Inside, you’ll find a reasonably sized dining area and(during lunch) a line of people waiting to put in their order. Outside you’ll find a challenge with parking after around 11:30. And while it’s called Chipotle Mexican Grill, there’s very little décor that resembles anything pepper or Mexican related. Also, during the busy lunch our finding a table can be tricky. Sometimes you have to stalk a table and grab it as soon as a person gets ready to leave. No Star. Service — I’ll say this about Chipotle, they have the fastest, most efficient lunch staff around. They are amazing. Even when the lines are long and out the door they get your orders in and out. Kudos to the staff, they are great. Also, there’s Chipotle has a number of people cleaning tables for guests to ensure people have a seat. Any shortcomings with seating are somewhat neutralized by the staff. 1 Star. Food — Chipotle is known for allowing you to build your lunch. You can choose between a burrito, taco, salad, or burrito bowl. I like the barbacoa, as it’s pretty tender. However, it does need a little guacamole or salsa to liven the flavor. The cilantro lime rice is also excellent, and I wouldn’t mind eating this by itself as a side dish. Ingredients are fresh, and since you build it yourself, you can’t complain if you don’t like it. You can get chips/salsa/guac as well, which are pretty basic. In the end, it’s a pretty simple menu with simple flavors but at least it’s fresh. 1 Star. Will I Return? — Only if someone chooses it. I’m not a huge fan of Chipotle because I think the menu is a bit simple. Go here if you want value, a fresh meal, and you like big burritos. But if you want true Mexican or Tex Mex there are better alternatives. ½ Star. My Unilocal Rating Scale(Sum of all parts): 1 Star — Atmosphere — Is it a cool dive? Perhaps an upscale place? No matter the type, atmosphere plays a big part and I’ll give a star if I like it or thinks it has great charm. 1 Star — Service — You can have a great meal with bad service. But that’s also what can make a five star joint drop to four. It’s important to the dining experience that service is great and on point. 2 Stars — Food — I’ll award up to two stars for the food, since this is the main reason we dine out. Sometimes the extra star is given for value, but it’s really all about the food. 1 Star — Will I come back? — If I know for a fact I’ll return, I’ll give this a star. A place has to make an impression for me to return. Each Category can be given up to 1 star except food(2 stars) because I consider all these categories important to the overall dining experience. I will sum them up to provide my final Unilocal score.
