Domino’s Pizza

This place has an upcharge for everything. Chicken was a premium topping $ 1 extra and crushed red pepper was a 50cent upcharge! what is going on here!

I’ve ordered from this dominos so many times and have never had issues. Pizza is great.

Out of the two pizzas I ordered, one was undercooked and tasted horrible– we couldn’t eat more than a slice each and had to throw the rest away. The 2^nd pizza I got tonight wasn’t what I ordered. It’s still lying here untouched.
I called the store and was told that a replacement pizza (what I actually ordered) should be here in 30 mins and that too is still not here. Not ordering my pizza from this location ever again!

Poor customer service. Ordered online and conformation email stated 15 – 20 minutes till ready for pick up. Their online «pizza tracker» didn’t move in app or online for over 20 Min so I called to inquire before I drove over. They told me they hadn’t even touched my order. Mike told me not to ever go by the «pizza tracker» (then why does Dominos provide it???) and I told him it want just that but the confirmation email stated order would be ready 15−20min. For 1 simple carryout pizza, no way you shouldn’t even acknowledge the order especially after your own confirmation email provided the timeframe. That with the «it’s not our fault» mentality… C’mon. Where the customer service to make it right immediately? It’s true there is no more customer service. I frequent this dominos and seems like something gets messed up half the time I order there. I’ll simply Order from their competitors that are just as close to my place from now on. Sorry y’all can’t seem to get it together and would rather shrug your shoulders then even apologize for your failed systems.

Good online ordering experience. Finally noticed a rewards program. I enrolled and hope to get free pizza soon. I knew Papa Johns had a rewards program for a long time but unless I was missing something (I doubt) Domino’s finally stepped up for loyalty. Ill be eating pizza soon. Bring it on.

Great spot. We always do pick up so have no issues with that. We stopped doing delivery actually cuz of their charge now. Might as well go pick it up its only a few minutes away! You can also track your pizza online so that’s pretty cool

TERRIBLE SERVICE! The only redeemable quality was that the cheese pizza was decent. I ordered on-​line; I watched the status and when the order was in «quality check» I left to pick up my order. It took me 6 minutes to arrive. Expected to receive my pies and get home with them while they were still hot. That was my mistake! The young lady that greeted me asked for my name, found my pre-​printed ticket lying on the floor, proceeded to the preparation station where my order was added into the queue. 35 minutes later my pies were handed to me. The staff was unapologetic, the manager was even worse; he acted like I should be grateful that my order was even placed in his store. Silly me, expecting average customer service, an empathetic staff and somewhat accurate time between order placement and order completion. I am not trying to berate the manager, but him trying to explain to me that my order was moved into the front of the line when I arrived, meant that my 20 minutes of waiting at home after I ordered and paid was worthless.
It seems to me that this store suffers from a systemic problem in lack of leadership. The place was not tidy, boxes and labels were all over the counter and floor. There was one woman trying to make sense of the process, but she looked lost, overwhelmed and unmotivated. The others workers close to the customer counter could only smile at the lobby full of patrons. The manager jumped from problem to problem, but would not delegate or in my estimation have the processes in place to be able to handle many of the situations. When I was younger, I worked in a fast food establishment for 2.5 years. I understand how valuable franchise help can be. They provide processes and training to make the store a success. This has been lost at this store in north Irving. There was NO attention to detail! Chaos was running rampant. The worst part about it was that I felt the staff did not know any better. It did not look like they were trained by professional instructors from Dominos. This is my I believe there is a lack of leadership in this staff which negatively impacts the store.
I challenge the franchisee to take look at his/​her establishment from a customer’s perspective and see if what he has paid for is working as he expected. I like the pizza, I want a Dominos that I can roll into and pick up a pie in a reasonable amount of time. I want to have the confidence that placing an on-​line order and seeing it in the «quality check» process, it is supposed to be there. As least when I go to the world’s largest hamburger place, I know that my order will be filled to my expectation in a reasonable amount of time ⁹⁄₁₀ times; it is the process that makes in work and the people that make a difference. But as I have said, if the process is broken like in this joint. The issues will not be overcome because of the shortcoming of the management team.

Terrible service.
I ordered online I was over an hour I called they told me it has not been made yet.
It will take another hour. I was told the online timing is not correct and they do not have a way to tell anyone it will be longer. Over 2 hours for pizza it terrible
I would give zero stars if I could. I could got to the store and back and bake a pizza in less time

Umm, wow. I didn’t think I would ever give a «fast-​food» restaurant a five star rating, but they have earned it. I am new to this part of town so when the multiple ice storms hit us over and over again, I did not know too many places who delivered or were even open. This place was not only open, but delivering pizza in a timely manner. I ordered their handmade pan pizza the first time and was so impressed that I have not ordered anything else since. The drivers are friendly and courteous despite driving in the crazy conditions and keep their cool knowing how busy their restaurant is. During the worst of the weather we had, I called in rather than ordering online in case they weren’t open, but of course they were. Before I even ordered the guy let me know the wait time. He said an hour and a half to two hours. He was right on the money. It took an hour and 45 minutes. Mind you, this was the worst snow I have seen living in north Texas. When the weather is normal, they are super quick. This store is great. If you are thinking about ordering from other chain pizza places then you are crazy. The pizzas are always fresh and hot, and the continuity is spot on. The only negative thing I have to say is their lava cakes aren’t the best. I ordered them once and they tasted like metal. So I gave them another try, they still had the metal taste. Kinda like they were baked on a sheet of metal. I probably won’t order those again. But the pizzas, garlic bites, and bbq/​bacon chicken is great. I don’t typically order pizza from places like this, but they are an exception because I can always rely on great tasting pizza. Good job, Dominos.

Can’t go wrong with the pizza and cheese stuffed bread. Ordered hot wings and wasn’t a big fan (even though I ate them all) :). I order online at least two times a month and have never been disappointed. Oh, and my 6 yr. old loves the lava cake.

I’ve been to this place a couple of times before for carry out, but I don’t think I’ll be back for that. It was WAY faster to order online and have them deliver it. Pizza was great as always but it was just way more convenient to have it delivered then to pick it up.

I love it spatially the Medium Handmade Pan Pizzas woOow I like it and I never had a problem with my order they will got your order until 11:30 pm so it’s fantastic I like this peace

It was a family night out, and so we decided to go to Domino’s so we can use our gift certificates we got for Christmas to get our individual thin-​crust pizzas. I did a little more customizing on mine with pepperoni, ham, and chicken. MMMM-​MMM! A whole new Meat lover’s pizza, huh? As soon as we got our pizzas to go, they came out hot, fresh, and perfectly! The staff at this Domino’s location is very friendly and the service was overall awesome!
If only I haven’t eaten ½ the pizza while heading back home… but that’s how delicious it was.

The Food: Always hot & fresh
I have only had a one problem with my order being wrong, but immediately they fixed another pizza and brought it to me less than the time of my original order.
Delivery Guys: Pleasant, Clean and very courteous
–It helps that they are not direction challenged. They know the area pretty well.
Service: I give this restaurant an A

I ordered a pizza for pick up and requested no garlic on the crust. (Why do they put garlic on crust anyway???) When I arrived to pick up my pizza. guess what… it was garlic on my crust! I was furious because this is the second time this has happened when I requested no garlic and they put garlic on my crust. The owner was there this time and apologized several times and insisted they remake the pizza as I requested free of charge. Needless to say, I took the offer and enjoyed my free pizza plus free soda. For the most part, the staff was friendly.

great dominos pizzas, sandwiches and wings… excellent delivery service as well.

K, this is my last update, I promise!
I’ve concluded that this is a solid Domino’s location, but very inconsistent. Sometimes the pizza will be cheesy and awesome, other times it’s a little bland. Sometimes the delivery guy will be very nice, other times he’ll just deliver your order without a word as he accidentally drops your side of garlic sauce on your doorstep.
They are usually always quick for deliveries, though. Of course, that’s because their drivers are insane. Anyway, I’ll continue to keep ordering from this location when a craving hits.
P. S. Here are my favorite two-​topping pizza combos, which you can usually get for $ 5.99 each if you use the online coupon:
— Spinach and feta cheese, original crust, white sauce
— Bacon and pepperoni, original crust, BBQ sauce
— Ham and pineapple, original crust, marinara sauce w/​side of garlic sauce
— Salami and cheddar cheese, Brooklyn style crust, marinara sauce

Alright so I’m a big fan of independent pizza restaurants and usually get Dominos or Papa John’s when I’m randomly craving pizza later in the night.
So everytime I have these cravings I get Dominos here and man they deliver the best. It’s so fresh and they never mess up my order, ever. Their garlic crust is uh-​may-​zing.
I don’t care if the general population just think these chains are whatever, I like to rate places based on how satisfied I was and damn satisfied I was everytime I got it here.
