I absolutely love the bubble tea. Not many places in Irving w. Good bubble tea so I’m thankful for that. I’ve also tried the lo mein(all veg) and Honey Walnut Shrimp. The shrimps were different from how I’ve usually had them. Here they cut the shrimps and make them a patty sort of thing, not individual shrimps. Taste was different from what I’ve usually had at other places. It was still good though. And I love that they deliver. It was pretty fast as well; around 30 mins.

I really like Foo’s. The staff… very accommodating. The green curry is delicious. Plus, the presentation of the food is adorable. It’s a charming little place. I’ve never had anything less than good there. Sometimes when they’re really busy, the wait can be a bit frustrating. But hey, it’s a small local place so it’s cool.

Food was ok… jst ok bit overpriced for what u get. I had the chicken curry and it was 5 tiny bits of chicken swimming on 3 cups of sauce… good sauce thou. It was jst me my wife and my little girl I spend 50 bucks… there’s so many places I can think of that u could get an amazing experience for that price. It’s every day average stir-fry with a tepanyaki price. I might try it again for lunch… but for dinner jst don’t bother…

Really tasty food. My husband had the honey walnut shrimp which he savored every bite. I had to fight him for a taste! I got the lomein and added chicken. One of the best lomein I’ve had. They have bubble tea that is very tasty. We ordered a strawberry one to try. It’s like a smoothie and at the bottom are tiny balls of tapioca. We will be back.

Eh. Their Happy Family was all vegetables and maybe one each of the oyster/crab/shrimp etc that were supposed to be in there. Their spring rolls serving size was about half the size as most places compared to the price. The«seaweed salad» was mostly wilted lettuce, not seaweed. I might order a bubble tea from here to try it but i will never ever order food from here again. Service was fast enough but food was not great and servings were bizarrely small. So thanks no thanks there are enough Asian places in Irving to never go here again.

I honestly can’t say enough great things about this place. It’s the Best Tom Yum soup I’ve had in Texas for sure. The pad kee mao noodles with chicken or duck are amazing. I’ve never ordered anything that I didn’t like. I order from here at least twice a month. Amazing food and service.

I expected better from this place, I asked for a vegetable fried rice with an order of egg rolls. I asked for extra spicy on the rice and when I tried it it tasted plain! No flavor at all I also asked for an extra hot sauce on the side and they gave me 1. The tiny cup had maybe less than half of the hot sauce, without me knowing I asked for extra and the lady looked at me gave me another tiny cup and said«there’s already hot sauce inside the bag» I was thinking she gave me extra but when I open the bag there was only 1 hot sauce. This place is expensive for their tasteless food! I am never going back!!!

The food tasted fine, nothing amazing but it hit the spot. However for what we payed I was hoping to have some left overs. They defiantly are not generous with the portion sizes. It comes in a tray such as a TV dinner would. Very disappointing. Also we payed a $ 1 extra for fried rice which was just brown rice. No egg or veggies in it, just a small box of plain, no flavor rice :( Needless to say we likely won’t be ordering from them again.

TLDR: 3 stars for the comforting noodle soup and no stars for the bubble tea The bubble tea didn’t taste as good the second time around. My first review raved about how much it reminded me of home, but this time it disappointed me tremendously. The boba was more hard than chewy and the milk tea tasted a bit watery. Maybe I visited after a bad batch of boba, but I won’t be quick to buy another bubble tea again. This visit I also tried the Tofu Noodle Soup which tasted great. I almost finished the broth before I even began to eat the tofu or noodles, but it all blended together pretty well.

I got delivery from here a couple days ago and was really impressed. The crab rangoons had tasty filling with a good mix of crunchy and soft parts on the outside. The fried tofu was good. I also got the Thai iced tea bubble tea drink and it was spot on. My absolute favorite thing I ordered was the mango with sticky rice mmmmmmm so good! Sweet without being overpoweringly so, nice sticky texture to the rice, with tender mango pieces. Writing this review made me so hungry that I think I’m going to go place another order now!

Stopped by for boba with my brother and just wasn’t thoroughly impressed. We were a bit desperate since this is the only boba shop in Irving now(seriously so hard to find in the area) so I thought we’d give it a shot. The place is tiny, tucked into an obscure shopping strip, but looked nice enough inside. Friendly dude at the counter pointed out the boba options(hint: there weren’t too many). Brother ordered mango and I ordered honeydew, my all-time fave, and we found them just«okay». A bit watery, tasted like powder mix, and not much to ‘em. Okay place to stop for boba if you really are craving.

My family and I went to Foos for the first time last night. We were amazed at how nice and clean the place was. The atmosphere was very perfect and the music is relaxing. We tried the fried tofu first and loved it. I had the Mussamum Curry and it was to die for! Just the perfect spice and made my taste buds very happy! We will def be going back!

Great food and service!!! We have loved everything we have tried here! We’ve never eaten inside the restaurant, I always workout and then take the food home after. The guy at the counter always offers me water and is very friendly. They also alway throw in extra egg rolls to our order. Can’t beat that! My favorite dish so far is the pineapple curry; my hubby loves the orange chicken.

I’ve been to Foo’s twice since it opened. The first time was to get a drink, in which I ordered the iced Thai tea. I didn’t recall it being particularly good, so I didn’t return for a few months. My most recent visit prompted me to write a review on my experience. Service/environment: When entering the store, I noticed that there was a heavy smell of ammonia. Clearly the restaurant was clean, but the cleaning product smell was extremely overwhelming. There was only one other person dining in the front corner, and it appeared that she only ordered a drink. I did see some appealing food pictures on the outside window, but there were only laminated food menus available inside the restaurant. The front menus above the register only show the boba drinks available. Food: I ordered the Mango Seaweed Salad and a Milk Tea Slush. I also ordered 2 large Thai teas. When the drinks were finished, my slush had a «melting» consistency and the 2 Thai teas were smalls instead of larges. I asked the cashier about it and she said she charged me for a small and made a small. At least I got an apology, but there was emphasis on «large» when I ordered the 2 Thai teas. Thai teas were too sweet and the milk tea tasted heavily of powder drink mix. I paid ~$ 4 for the milk tea and ~$ 3.80 for each of the Thai teas. Way overpriced for small boba drinks that aren’t good quality. As for my salad, I was highly disappointed when receiving it. There was a bed of assorted greens, topped with 2 slices of cucumber, a small pile of seaweed/shredded carrots, and two blocks of mango. The seaweed/carrots and two blocks of mango were frozen solid. The items were covered in ice and were terribly freezer burned. The menu stated that the salad came with a Thai lime vinegrette, but it tasted like sweetened fish sauce with vinegar. I ate two bites and threw it away because I tasted something similar to the cleaning product smell that struck me when I first entered the store(btw I took my food to-go). Very surprised that this location is still opened due to the food not being authentic nor fresh. Freezer burned mango in my unwashed salad greens? No thanks. ~$ 17 for 3 small drinks and one poorly made salad the size of my hand? I do not recommend Foo’s to anyone.

I am a big fan of Thai food but it was very hard to find the real Thai restaurent as like Foo’s. Everything was perfect. Food and service… Shrimp Honey Walnut was fantastic… my daughter ate it all so we need one more… LOL… I could not stop eating for Pad Thai Noodle, too. Bubble teas were really good as well… I had strawberry, milk tea, and Thai tea… My family really enjoyed the lunch there on the last day of the year. I was happy to choose the right place for my family. Today was my first time to visit«Foo’s asian grill and bubble tea», however, I am very sure to be a regular customer.

I tried the Thai bubble tea. The Thai iced tea was spot on but the boba was a disaster. Many of them were smooshed and broken up, some were soft on the outside and hard in the middle, and they tasted funny, like burnt sugar. It made me sad. I think they are cooking the boba in a wok because there was also black crunchy residue in the drink that seemed like something that was scraped off of a pot. If they got the boba down, I’d forgive them. Plus the owner was such a sweet lady. I also had the chicken fried rice on the lunch special menu. It was okay. I wouldn’t go out of my way to go back and get it. There wasn’t very much chicken, like maybe 6 little pieces and hardly any egg, and it was kinda sweet. It wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t good. But they get points for wrapping the rice in foil inside the togo container. Kept it warm the entire time I was eating!

I was in the area and decided to try this place, it is always good to try something new. The service was very friendly and attentive, but unfortunately the food just did not have a lot of flavor. I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai, which was part of the lunch special. It was served with an egg roll and was a generous portion. The texture of the egg role filling was off for me and I really could not identify what the filling was made of. The Pad Thai was missing spices and did not have any of the vinegar that makes the flavor pop. I wish these guys luck, but I probably will not be heading back.
