Almaz is the best eyebrow technician I’ve ever used! She is an absolute perfectionist and I truly appreciate that as your eyebrows are a very noticeable aspect of your face — if not shaped properly it throws your features off. Eyebrow threading costs $ 4, what a deal and I choose to have the eyebrow dying service for an additional $ 10. The dye lasts about 2 weeks and looks amazingly natural — it’s also an all natural product; go ahead and try it, you’ll love how you look.
I’ve been a customer of Almaz for over 7 years; ask for her at your next service– you’ll thank me for the recommendation.

Very mean workers and the owner. They are harsh on our face. I did eyebrows, the technician was rude and plucked harsh. The gold facial which I did was okish, started without cleansing milk n scrub went directly to remove blackheads, while removing off the pack she literally pulled my face. I did nt like the ambience too. The owner pushes hard to pay tips which I did not want to. I will never go back to this place.

Had to be the worst experience in a salon ever. I was getting my hair and makeup done as part of a bridal party. First, I explained that I wanted a simple blow dry with extensions… the lady stared at me like she had no idea what I was talking about. Then I told her I wanted a double wash and no conditioner because my hair tends to get very oily quickly… she said OK OK and ended up putting conditioner because my hair was too rough and dry… ummmm I THINK I know my hair better than anyone, such BS.
Then I had my makeup done… I had a picture of the look I wanted (heavy dramatic eye, cut crease, contouring, false eyelashes etc). She nodded and seemed to understand and I felt that this would be a good experience…
First she asked me about 5 x to take out the picture and show it to her… even after seeing the pic so many times, the end result looked NOTHING like the picture. She used her FINGERS and QTIPS to «blend» the makeup… She drew on these ugly eyebrows that looked like commas. The worst part? She said she doesnt’ «do» false eyelashes… she didn’t know how to put them on. OMG. Who in the world calls themselves a makeup artist and refuses to put on eyelashes??? By this time I was extremely upset. My husband, who knows nothing about makeup, said the makeup looked horrible… I’m not a makeup artist but I could have done a much better job.
Finally, it was time to get my hair done… the girl who was doing my hair didn’t seem to understand what I wanted (a simple blow dry with extensions applied afterwards)…because 5 minutes later, my extension was falling out.
Going by the reviews, I’m sure they’re good with threading and henna application, but I would stay far far away from them. their hair and makeup people are extremely incompetent. The owner claimed that everyone’s a licensed cosmetologist yet these people didn’t seem to understand how to work with extensions and actually refuse to put on false eyelashes. Biggest waste of time and $$ ever.

I only give this place 2 stars because the lady that does my eyebrows is very nice and takes her time. Other than that, I have NOTHING good to say about the ownership or the way business is handled here.
First off, the ladies that work there don’t seem to understand that it is rude to start arguing with customers in the salon. They argue about who cleaned what last, who took their break last, etc. It’s all very petty and comes off very rude.
Last time I went there was only 1 other girl there waiting to be helped. All 6 or so beauticians were present that day and her and I STILL had to wait because… they were too busy mopping the floors. One lady was actually getting her hair blow dried by another one while the others were mopping floors. I waited an extra 10 minutes for just that.
Like I mentioned above, the lady that I usually go to is nice and tries to listen to whatever requests I may have. Heena Salon also deserves more than 1 star because they are very inexpensive as well. I can get my eyebrows and upper lip done in under $ 10 so I can’t complain there.

Came here to get brows and upper lip This time. $ 7! What a bargain. I explained to the lady every time people will make my brows too thin. She made them perfect and is helping me make them thicker by leaving some hair so it can help grow that section! love when people add TLC to my brows!

This place is the best I have found for eyebrow threading. No appointments, walk ins only, quick, easy and the best part is that they are the cheapest I have ever seen! They are $ 4 for eyebrow threading (used to be $ 3 when I started going to them years ago but I times are a’ changing, haha). Yes you don’t get the same necessarily person twice and it isn’t a fancy salon by any means but they are less than half the price of most threading places and they have always done a good job. I also go the Richardson location and hope to try out the Frisco location now that I have moved.

I LOVEEEEE THIS PLACE! come on, the price doesn’t get better than $ 4 for getting your eyebrows threaded! After reading some of the other negative reviews, I feel like if you have a person you are used to going to, then you probably shouldn’t change to another place. I go to this one lady there all the time! she is really nice and does a great job! :D

My experience was very positive. Eyebrows look even and as I like them (not too thin), my stylist solicited my opinion at each step of the way, and she was very nice about me needing a tissue (it’s been a while since I did threading and though it didn’t seem to hurt too much, the tears came quickly!). The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is this was the first time I came. If I got this level of service (fast, professional, exactly what I wanted results-​wise) a few more times consistently, I would give it five stars.

HI, I’m Cat and my right eyebrow is shorter than my left. My friend Tiffany’s left brow is thinner than her right. All done by one lady at Heena salon. Thanks, I will never come back.
My partner in crime and I decided we need to get our brows done. I’ve never been here before and I usually go to the other ones that charges $ 10. So $ 4 is super cheap!!! Now I know why its only $ 4!!! Had I known I was going to get one brow shorter than the other one. I would have paid the $ 10 elsewhere. Now I have to draw in one eye… Thanks, thanks a lot lady.
