Care I received while there was good because of the wonderful midwife I had. But the office is run extremely poorly. I’ve shown up when the midwife was called out to a birth, and no one in the office bothered to call me. I never know how long my appointments are going to take, and often they’ve sent me for sonograms and bloodwork, and made me wait an additional 45+ minutes for tests that they could’ve anticipated me needing in the first place. Not a lot of consideration for patients, and they communicate very poorly.

I was very pleased with Dr. Sakovich’s office up until they incorrectly billed me (which after reviewing my visits with the office, I had been misbilled incorrecly ALOT). In regards to billing, be prepared to try and get ahold of someone for over a month as the phone always goes to voicemail and their responses back are few and far in between. (Maybe this is due to too many patients?). Also, this is a very busy office so be prepared to wait between 30 min — 1 hour after your appointment to see the doctor. If you have to have any bloodwork taken care of, the lab on site (Quest) does not have it all together and lost records that should have been sent directly from Dr. Sakovich’s office and my husband and I had to wait again for another 1.5 hours. The Dr. is very nice and (unless you want to birth outside of a hospital setting) but some of the staff or at least his CRN really needs to work on her customer service as her attitude was appalling. I hate to say this, but If you’re looking for a new OBGYN this is NOT the best place to start.

I love this place. Dr. and staff are excellent care and follow up with my pregnancy time. The office is very clean.

I switched to this doctors office from a very disappointing clinic, so I had my reservations and had high expectations for what I was looking for. To my pleasure, my experience from the very beginning had been nothing short of exceptional. The front office staff is extremely helpful in booking appointments, and providing answers to my questions. I am always greeted with a smile and within a timely manor. At one point I was having issues with my insurance and they were willing to work with me and wait to bill for my appointment until after my insurance issue had been resolved. It really shows that they truly care about their patients and it was extremely comforting that they have my best interest in mind.
The nursing staff is always extremely patient and comforting in my experience of expecting my first child. I have even called when I thought I was having issues with my pregnancy and the nursing staff made sure I was immediately directed to my doctors nursing assistants, Erica. She was busy at the moment and they went out of their way to walk back there to get here on the phone. Turns out, it was a false alarm but I couldn’t believe how important they made my concern and made sure I got immediate assistance! Erica calmly reassured me that everything was normal and it would be okay leaving me much less stressed!
My doctor, Dr. Brian Enggano is more than I could ask for. He is always in a great mood, friendly and always demonstrates his level of knowledge. As a first timer, I have tons of ridiculous questions and he patiently listens and answers each and every single one of them as if they were extremely important. He has a great personality and really treats us as valued patients by asking and remembering personal details in regards to the baby. I couldn’t imagine trusting any one other than him with my precious baby boy to be!
I would highly recommend and refer any of my friends or family here. Great office, clean, wonderful staff and dedicated doctors. Everything you could ever hope for!

This place is so friendly and helpful! I am a guy so I can only tell you how they treat us and what my wife thinks. She absolutely loves the friendly staff and how she is treated at all time here. When we were pregnant with our daughter, DR Fanous was very informative and helpful for all of my concerns and questions! I feel very welcome and not as out of place as I would have thought here. We are now having our second son and are once again dealing with these professionals, and yes they are all very friendly and helpful PROFESSIONALS!

Came here for Obgyn appt. in Dallas with first available Obgyn (Dr. Enganno). The wait time was short and the check in process was fairly simple.
The ladies at the front are all friendly and his nurses are AWESOME. They are the reason that I continued on with this practice. Super friendly, informative, and always return my call the same day I leave messages. Dr. Enganno was in after a less than 5-​minute wait in patient room. He is very young but really easy to talk to and made my husband and I feel at ease with the whole process. My exams are usually quite uncomfortable, but he made it quick and as painless as was possible. As a side note, Joe is the best ultra sound tech in the practice so we always request ours with him since those are the few visits that you actually have to pay for! :)

My husband and I are very pleased with this clinic and the insightful information that has been provided to us during each visit. This is our first child so we were very hesitate about the process but Dr. Livingston and his staff have eased our concerns throughout this process. The online patient portal is very convenient, we able to view lab results and other information. I would recommend this clinic to any expectant parent.

Been going to this place since October 2013 for a check up and can’t really complain too much or I wouldn’t keep going here. Now that I’m pregnant I’m here a little more now and it seems like front end staff has good days but a lot of bad days. Seeing that they are the first line of contact for patients you would think that they would make sure to be consistent. It’s so irritating having to wait in long lines to check in then being told about an unpaid/​pending bill. UHHH??? I’m sure that is what the billing department is for or call me before I come in to let me know that not while I’m trying to get to my appointment. But I love Dr. Dominique and her nurses they are absolutely fantastic and no matter how ridiculous I may feel or have crazy questions… they are there for me to turn to.

I am glad MacArthur OB/​Gyn accepts Medicaid. Being a first time mother, I really do not know where to start. I did some research and read on a forum that this place accept Medicaid. It is near my house and convenient for me. Once you are at the medical center, the atmosphere feels very welcoming. Doctors and nurses are really helpful.
My doctor is Dr. Fanous. He is a great doctor and takes time to listen to my questions and concerns. Being diagnose with gestational diabetes during my pregnancy, Dr. Kim Sakovich is a great consult to help with my diet and keeping up with my health throughout my pregnancy.

and made an appointment on a whim despite the bad Unilocal reviews (from like 2 years ago…). This MacArthur OBGYN accepted my insurance, was down the street from home & work, had good ratings on other websites and looked nice (they’re on top of online services — big plus! They care enough about patients to invest in a decent website/​portal). My first impression was that front desk was incredibly nice, friendly & fast. Followed by how clean and welcoming the building/​hallways/​bathrooms/​offices are, it’s in the details right?
My dr (Dr. Enggano) is super friendly, took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions, I’ve never felt rushed yet my appointments seem pretty quick. I was reintroduced to birth control pills but felt they weren’t right for me, my dr was quick to reply to my e-​mails and scheduled me another visit for an alternative. I went with an IUD and researched extensively about it so I didn’t have too many questions or concerns upon the procedure. After getting it, my dr was great about following up and making sure everything is as it should be. I like that my dr is involved in the medical community outside of this job, I think passionate people do their jobs better.
This place can get pretty pricey if you don’t have insurance but when it comes to your health & body, it’s worth the price. I did have a bit of a wait for a sonogram once but it was during the afternoon rush — early mornings seem to be the best time for appointments.

I am currently pregnant with my first child, and was recommended by a friend to macarthur obgyn my doctor is Dr. Reshma Patel she is the most kindest and most patient doctor i have met she takes her time to answer all your questions and let you know exactly whats going on with you. The staff there are great i am very happy with my decision to have Dr. Patel as my ob/​gyn i recommend MacArthur ob/​gyn to anyone looking for a great doctor and a wonderful office staff.

The staff is friendly, and there are many doctors to choose from. I was referred by my sisters who both were patients at MacArthur OB/​Gyn. Be prepared to wait past your appointment times during peak hours. Dr. Dominique is engaging, and i am confident that she will make me feel comfortable during my labor process. Overall my experience has been positive.

I LOVE this practice. My MD is Elia Fanous. He is always awesome and engaged in my office visits. I have never come to the office, where it was overcrowded or having to wait a long time. Dr. Fanous’ office is always clean, and there are collages of all the baby pictures and deliveries on his walls. I love the technology of seeing the sonogram on a 40 inch screen, and the fact that the bathrooms are always tidy as well. I am 29 weeks with my 2^nd child, and I look forward to every visit. My pregnancy has been smooth sailing, and having an awesome Dr. makes it all the better. The nurses, the phlebotomist, medical assistants at the check in/​out, are all tactful and attentive. I am very satisfied with the service here and I will recommend this practice to any «mama to be».

I am 23 years old and I’m having my first baby. I choose this clinic because it very close to my husband work and is very convenient for him to go to doctor appointment with me. Our OBGYN is Dr. Wiyatta Freeman. She is a very kind person and is real with everything. She has a concern for your health and the baby health. She will answer any question you have about yourself and the baby and the your habits.

I am very dissapointed with this office. I always wait over one freaking hour than the time was appointed for and it costs me time and money having to reschedule other stuff. Today my appmt was at 3. At 3:30 pm im told my Dr went to deliver a baby and i would have to wait another 30 minutes. Not only did I lose PTO but now I have to play with my calendar to reschedule. I will be looking for a new OBGYN office with less patients and organized staff.

I have been going to this practice for almost 2 ½ years. I recently got pregnant and it seems that the office started going downhill around that time. Or at least that’s when I noticed. I think it’s because they are trying to expand the practice, but it’s at the expense of the current patients.
Whenever I go in now, the waiting room is PACKED — every seat full. For my last two appointments, I was in the office for over an hour. That’s just unacceptable when I literally see the dr for 5 minutes, no exaggeration. He walks in, asks how I’m doing today, checks the heartbeat, and says «see you in four weeks».
I went in today at 18 weeks and the sonogram tech «couldn’t» see if it was a boy or a girl, even though it was alert and moving like crazy. I think she just wasn’t trying very hard and now I have to wait another month before we find out. :(
After this baby is born, I’ll be on the lookout for a new OBGYN.

Dr. Sak’s wife/​nurse assistant didnt give me any mind after coming hom from pelvic surgery. She kept quoting nursing book time lines and generalizations for pain, pain methods, etc. If wasnt in her template — she didnt see a person — simply a chart, chart number and a diagnosis. No considerations were given to me as a person or possibly different case, my pain tolerance or poss. having pain even though some may not after a period of time. I wished I was listened to. I wasnt.

I have been going to this office for 2 ½ years. It started OK as every other doctor’s office I have been to. But last summer things kind of turned around and started going downhill. From phone calls and messages I had left but never got returned, to a doctor who spent 15 minutes without being able to read a sonogram and send us to emergency room for a sonogram. Of course we were billed for emergency. I switched to another office a month ago and now I started receiving bills from MacArthur ObGyn office for back visits in 2010 (I am 31 weeks pregnant) because I switched offices and I am not their patient anymore. I contacted my insurance and after they contacted MacArthur ObGyn, Ms. Robin (billing) explained to them that I was being punished for switching offices and I now owe them for all office visits since my pregnancy started in August 2010 :-)))). I have a great insurance that covers 100% maternity, also gives me the liberty to go to a different doctor as I please. Definitely cannot recommend this office. Today, after 6 attempts to talk to someone in the office, they are not even picking up the phone and not returning my phone calls.
