The complex is a nice size. It is gated community which you can not get through without a remote. There is a walking gate that you need a code to get through. For your guest driving in they will contact you through the box at one of the gates. YOUMUSTHAVE A LOCALTELEPHONENUMBER! You can use your cell phone as the access number, but if you have an phone number that is not a Dallas area code then you will have to either change your phone number or get a house phone. The grounds are nice with 2 pools, fitness room, grass area in the middle of the complex, and club house. The staff is great. The complex manager is hard to get a hold of all the time. Television companies you have two choices. DirecTV if you are facing a certain direction and Access Media 3(Yeah I don’t even know who that is either). Internet is provided by AM3 and AT&T DSL(Not U-Verse). AM3 is crappy internet and goes out often, and AT&T is slow. They are in a contract with AM3 until 2018 limiting their residents fast speed internet and fiber optic cable, unlike other the other properties that Oaks Properties have in Texas. This is the one property that is being held back with limited access to the gate, cable, & internet. It is peaceful area, close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. A 4 mile loop to walk around, golf course & country club across the street. 10 minutes from airport(You don’t hear any planes flying over), less than 20 minutes from two malls, easy access to several highways(635, 114, 35, etc).
