Love love LOVE Panera Bread. My favorite bakery to scoop a breakfast treat or pastry with my favorite specialty coffee. I enjoy the fact you can download their app and order Rapid Pickup where you simply pull up in a designated parking space, run in and grab your order from the alphabetized cubbies on the wall.(Alphabetized by last name). Very convenient, and I usually end up using this little perk on several occasions. They are real good at informing you if anything was out of stock, and let you pick a different choice when you arrive. Once I waited over 20 minutes and was growing impatient but they knew the wait was too long and the employee let both me and my bad pick out a free pasty for the wait. That was really awesome customer service and way to keep us satisfied in an hiccup sort of situation. My bf loves their hot chocolate with large marshmallows. I personally prefer their cappuccino with almond milk. My only complaint is that they don’t offer soy milk as an option — WHY? Is there a reason why? Or is it simply to torture customers? I would completely break off my affair with Starbucks if this became a Panera option! Their cobblestone pastry is divine, and their bagel variety is on point, including a variety of schmears as well. For lunch, they have delicious soups(wild rice & chicken personal fav!), filling sandwiches(and large, my gosh!), not to mention some to die for macaroni and cheese which is great on a gloomy day. They also have a delicious broth bowls which is everything a rainy day needs. All in all you won’t be disappointed by the quality and service here at Panera. Can’t wait to return!!!

Good service, okay food. Free wi fi with large tables and lots of plugs is the main reason I go. In the afternoons it is often empty and quiet, making it an ideal place to get work done.

I use their Rapid Pickup option for my lunch often! You place your order online and head over the restaurant at the selected time and VOILA! Your food is there waiting for you. No lines, no waiting, you just grab your food and go! My food is always fresh and the convenience just won me over. Oh! And their rewards program is absolutely worth it. Definitely a fan.

Nothing like fresh bread! This is one of my favorite places for bagels, holidays breads etc… I particularly like the employees here. Very sweet and fast, although it gets VERY crowded during lunch hour. The BBQ salad is so good! On the days that I don’t want to eat meat I substitute it for avocado.

Panera is what it is, good, warm, food. This location is small and really busy at lunch time, so be sure and get there early!

Have to add to other poor reviews of this location. Went there today at 10:00 and they only had sesame, plain, choc. Chip and cinnamon crunch bagels left. That time of morning is not too late to keep other bagel flavor stocked. Submitted order for salad and awaited my name to be called. Although we only stood 4 feet from server, she proceeded to loudly call our names out.

The ambiance was good for studying but there is nothing special about this locale. If you like Panera Bread, this is a good one. If you do not like it, this unit will not change your mind.

I’ve been hanging on with this location over the last year as they went through staff changes to grouchy or apathetic servers and managers… Through their remodel which, as far as I can tell only made the drink station more inefficient and crowded than before(you have to reach over the open lemon dish to get the lids — I have long hair and in the winter I wear long sleeves, so guess what is going to be dragged through said lemons??)… Through the decreased cleanliness(algae growing on the inside of the ice dispensing chute and brown chunks hanging out of the iced tea spout?)… Through multiple incorrect to-go lunch orders(sometimes a missing item, sometimes the wrong condiments — they do give you the item if you call them and come back later, at least)… But after them not having souffles about 8 of my last 10 visits, I’m over them. I get it if it’s 5 minutes until they’re supposed to stop serving them and someone just came in and bought them out, but I’ve been in up to an hour before they’re supposed to stop serving them(10:30 on weekdays, 11:00 on weekends), and have been told they are out and won’t be baking anymore. I’m pretty sure these come pre-made and frozen, so I’m not sure why it’s so hard for them to get the right number prepared. I’m not a carb-load breakfast kind of person, so the souffles are what I want. Not a muffin. Not a bagel. Not and undercooked, barely browned cream cheese pastry. Not two pieces of toast with a thin slice of egg in between. Soufffle. They don’t have them? I don’t buy anything at all. I hope they can get their selves together, but judging by the amount of lunch catering they do, they probably won’t see my breakfast disappointments as a priority. Oh well… Farewell Panera Las Colinas… It’s been real…

I can’t figure out what the fuss is. The food is mediocre and the atmosphere is dingy 40-year old coffee shop.

What can I say. i don’t get here much but when I do they always seem to seduce my taste buds with combinations of flavors I love but never put together. I love that being that I am an adventurous eater the only downside for me is I get happy when I eat here and lunch had cost my $ 20

I usually pick up some quick breakfast to go on my way to work. I always had a bad experience with this Panera Bread location. First time: wrong spread. Second time: No spread in my bag. Third and fourth time: burnt bagels in my bag.(Look at the picture I added). Mistakes can happen once or twice. Not four times in a row. I think they do not care much for their to go orders because the customer is not driving back just to complain about a $ 3 bagel. All in all, avoid this place for bagels. Go to the Kroger across the street or Einstein Bagels if you can drive a little more southwards on MacArthur Blvd.

I used to be such a fan of Panera. What happened to them? First, when I walk to the counter, several employees saw me and proceeded to yell«there’s a customer at the counter.» Yep, after the third employee said it, the ONE person working the counter got the hint. There was an older gentleman in dress clothes behind the counter, I am assuming the manager. He never said a peep. He even walked by me while I waited for the food and said nothing. Strange. The only employee who seemed to know how to use the register took my order and asked if I was part of their reward program. When it lid him No, he said ok… No explaining about it, nothing. I ordered the Edamame soba noodle bowl and a Mediterranean sandwich. The description of the soup said it had an umami-soy broth. No, no and no. Now, I love my share of salt, but I am still gulping down my gallon of water after eating some of it. Ok, pushed the soup aside to try the Med sandwich. Maybe a bland-wich. Boring, lacking taste. I am so disappointed with Panera. It used to be really good and I realized today I hadn’t eaten their food for a while. Now I know why. I’m giving 2 stars over one because I remember the good food and service I received from them in the past. What a bummer.

Frequently visitor, Panera Bread stands out from their competitors in a couple of distinct area’s. Dining area is more intimate, cozy and quiet. The atmosphere is conducive for business meeting /luncheon, causal cup of coffee and newspaper, checking your email(free WiFi). Try the pick two or three(Fuji Apple salad w/white balsamic vinaigrette my favorite) + soup, salad or pasta. The ipad order stations are convenient, quick way to order.

Stopped in for a quick lunch before an airport stop. Excellent service! Great food and prices! Had the Steak and White Cheddar panini and Broccoli Cheddar soup with a bottle of water. Definite thumbs up! Parking is tight when they are busy. Plenty of great places to sit and enjoy the free wifi or just people watch.

I frequent Panera Bread a lot due to its convenience; however, it definitely isn’t the best. I like to order their salads, and I’ll never forget the time I ordered a grilled chicken salad, and the chicken came out frozen. I sent the salad back saying, «It seems you guys forgot to warm the frozen chicken before placing it on my salad». I didn’t even get a coupon for the unfortunate incident. If I had to pick the best salad on their menu, it would be the Chicken Cobb Salad. It comes with a lot of ingredients and the size is great. Overall, I’m not in love with Panera Bread, but it does serve its purpose.

I visited this location on two different occasions. One the first occasion the woman at the counter was so nice and helpful and went out of her way. When I was told I had a coupon for a free pastry I asked if I could get something else instead(that was equal value). She ended up allowing me to have a fruit cup and I could substitute an apple for the chips. Fast forward to two days later. The next employee was not as… helpful. But at any rate, the sandwich and salads I ordered came out very quickly even when the location was busy. I love that Panera Bread lists the calorie count next to the menu items. That is one thing that keeps me going back. The turkey cranberry flat bread is less than 300 calories but you would never know it. It is beyond delicious!
