This place is okay. Lunch hour is very busy. I had pro Wei spicy and Thai dynamite. I loved Thai dynamite, place is very small and can’t get on the couches. When people want to sit on cushion half booth. They need to squeeze in between the tables very badly. Hope this place expands or let in enough people to sit and enjoy their food comfortably.

The customer service is still good here, but the food is going downhill, with the exception of the hot and sour soup and crab Rangoon, which are both delicious here. Everything else… Eh

One of the best Chinese restaurants in the area. Reasonable prices for the quality and quantity of food served.

Spring rolls: OK, not a fan of the rice in spring rolls. The spring rolls at my Roundy’s and Meijer back home are much better, also much cheaper. I get FOUR spring rolls with SHRIMP for $ 6.00, less on Wednesdays at Meijer. These were $ 4.99 for two. Sweet and sour chicken: Kids said it was amazing. Mongolian: Husband said it was good not great. The problem is timing. I got my spring rolls before anybody else got their meals. The kids got their sweet and sour chicken ten minutes later. Husband’s Mongolian came a full TWENTY minutes after I was served my spring rolls. The rest of us were finished by the time his food arrived. The rest of the visit was interrupted with crew members asking us if what they were carrying was ours. This was despite a table number sign. Yeah. Meh. Not going back. There are other alternatives close to Pei Wei, so we won’t need Pei Wei for the remainder of our stay. With drinks, the tab was $ 37.00 and change. It wasn’t worth half that.

All we tasted in all the dishes we ordered was sugar and salt and nothing else. Would give them less the one star if I could. Disgusting.

Can you imagine revue in gift card from corp as apology then Mgr implies I lied even after I showed Corp email. Saying she never heard of the Corp exec! Over $ 10.00 gift card I get insulted even the Mgr refuses to give her name. Doubling down is fine when you’re right but to embarrass a customer over a $ 10.00 gift card is absurd. 3 out of 4 visits met with salty tone and no fear of any reprimand of any kind! I need my job and if a customer was upset and using a $ 10.00 gift card, I’d allow the customer to use the card unless someone is printing these gift cards in their basement! It’s not worth $ 10.00 to be allowed such mistreatment and to ALLOW such an unceremonious attitude tells me that there’s little guidance and little over aight when mgr will use a bully tactic in front of others customers. I guess this MGR is tougher than I am. Do you really need Pei Wei? Just make sure you are treated well. Especially since the Mgr refused to give her name after being asked three times.

Poor experience with Managment, I did all I can to provide a cc payment and continued to receive push back from Alexis. when I requested to speak to GM she stated that she is the manager. Due to my frustration I spoke with regional and also guest services and they were able to provide excellent customer service and apologize on the behalf of that particular location.

Oh, Pei Wei you break my heart. After several successful trips to your McKinney Avenue location in Dallas, I happened to be starving and craving Chinese tonight. Imagine my excitement at passing your MacArthur Blvd location right by my home! I ordered take out, came home and began feasting. However, next time I order sweet’n’sour chicken with fried rice, I’d prefer the de-bugged version(sans fried ladybug). As much as I enjoy an extra protein crunch in some of my meals, this was not one of those times and bug is not exactly what I usually have in mind. Incredibly disappointed. Wasted money on a meal I couldn’t finish and cannot imagine how unsanitary this location’s kitchen must be if bugs randomly get cooked up with meals. Not only will I probably never eat Pei Wei again(and certainly not from this location) but before tonight, I was a 5-star fan. Sorry guys — You had me at the sweet’n’sour chicken but lost me at bug in dinner.

This is my go to Asian food restaurant. I love how I get to order and my food is brought to my table in a matter of minutes. So delicious and the workers there are very friendly.

My tastebuds have grown weary of the usual gluten free lunch options… Chipotle, Zoes, Chickfila grilled nuggets, In and Out protein style… so I ventured to Pei Wei. Their GF menu is limited(mind you I’m also soy and dairy free *sigh*) but what I ordered was a nice change. The Vietnemese chicken salad rolls with sweet chile sauce instead of peanut sauce were good, and that, coupled with a side of brown rice, was enough to fill me up. Not the most incredible tasting, but I’m glad to have another option when I don’t bring leftovers to work.

I always love eating here. This location the cashiers were very pleasant. They even gave us a free plate of food for accidentally putting an extra plate on our order. They could’ve easily just thrown it away but one of the guys that brought us the plate free of charge which I thought was very generous of them. I never have any bad experiences at Pei Wei.

We’ve all been to Pei Wei, and we will all continue to go to Pei Wei. Why? Because it’s affordable, clean and serves good food. But there’s nothing too magical about Pei Wei. Though, I did try to sushi rolls last time and they aren’t bad at all! The crab wontons on the other hand left me wanting something more. The reason they don’t get more stars is cause I feel the food was somewhat under-flavored. Not enough sauce. The fried rice really just tasted like the brown rice my parents got. Still, Pei Wei is satisfying and keeps things simple for me so you’ll see me again.

Good casual Asian dining. Lots of options, laid back feel and quick service. Fresh ingredients and a great value. The kid meals are a great size and their drinks are only $.99.

Could there be Worse Sushi in this world? I honestly doubt it! Pei Wei has been heavily advertising their Sushi roll appetizers. I keep seeing their ad’s all over the place. Being a Sushi lover, I thought I would give it a try one night when I was coming home late, so I stopped(you can’t order online at this location) and ordered 4 pieces of each of the 4 various Sushi items they are offering. First, each one came packed in a plastic box with a see through top. It was a big waste of their«packaging budget»… the boxes stacked up even in the recycle can at home! They didn’t offer any low sodium Soya… a criminal mistake! Now to the Sushi. OMHeaven’s I have never had anything worse in the Sushi category. The most important thing is the Sushi rolls are normal size but they have 80% Sushi rice tightly squished around a tiny, tiny bit of interior«fish» or good fillings. I should have taken pictures of them… So, so poor. So I still wanted to eat them to see what they taste like… only problem was I had to remove ¾ of the rice around each roll and it was so tightly squished I had to use a knife to get it off the roll. The ¼ rice with the interior filling still left the food tasteless. Pei Wei is good for some simple things, but DONOT order their Sushi. At $ 15.00 I could have had a couple really good rolls at one of our local Sushi Restaurants. It was a total, utter, complete waste of time, energy, money. I had to make a something to eat because it was A) nothing to eat B) nothing to taste — except a huge bowl of rice cut off the rolls. Sorry Pei Wei — you need to get out of the Sushi making part of your menu immediately!

Quick with good flavor and fresh, quality ingredients as well as friendly service make this a nice stop for a quick weeknight dinner. It’s definitely Americanized, but I like it anyway. We come here when our favorite local places are closed and we don’t feel like making decisions or trying something new. I really like their Hot & Sour soup and crispy vegetable spring rolls. The«salad rolls»(I call them spring rolls) with the soft rice paper wrapper are tasty too. My husband and I can typically split a large soup, an appetizer and a large entrée and have plenty to eat. They also have flavored(not sweetened!!) iced teas, a chai spice and a mandarin orange green tea, that I’m a sucker for. The Pei Wei Spicy, Thai Dynamite and Caramel Chicken are my top picks, although the fried rices and noodles are tasty too.

Pei Wei is pretty good, non-authentic but close enough Asian quick service. It’s way better than a food court Chinese restaurant with lots of grease and corn starch on deep fried meat. The ordering was really fast. I find the menu kind of like Chipotle Grill. You choose a protein, then choose from a tasty selection of Asian styles of cooking(like Sweet & Sour, Kung Pao) and then a type of noodle, basically. You can also order sides like spring rolls, etc. Then you find a seat and the steaming hot, freshly cooked food gets delivered to your table. I found the experience to be quick, tasty and informal. The servers are friendly and the restaurant is clean with a nice décor. Again, it’s not real chinese food but it is very close. So all in all, I was quite pleased and know that I’ll be back again!

Consistently good food in my opinion. Kung pao chicken is always a winner. I tried Thai dynamite and it ways very good too, not too spicy in my opinion simply because I have a high tolerance for spiciness though. It’s fast and easy and the food choices have been the same, but solid through and through. ~Carpe Diem~
