This is a great place to come for lunch. I would go inside to order as the drive through can be very long during lunch rush. The Ham Dunk is new. The cheese tastes more like a powdered cheese. The sandwich is good. The salt and vinegar chips are the best.

I do not recommend the Artisan Flatbread. I ordered the Margherita Flatbread, which comes with «balsamic reduction.» It certainly does — the balsamic reduction coated the flatbread like brown gravy. Instead of adding a little flavor, it completely overwhelmed the basil, pesto, and mozzarella. If you like balsamic vinegar-​flavored bread, then this is the dish for you.

This was supposed to be dinner before the show. We arrived at 6pm, ordered the Italian chopped salad no croutons/​bread, and the chicken caeser no croutons bread. The receipt shows the order paid for at 6:05 pm.
6:25, the salads have not arrived at our table (did I mention that ours is the only table occupied at the time?) so we requested it to go. The manager comes out, gives a half hearted apology, and offers us a Cinnabon™ for our troubles. We can’t have wheat, so we decline. Manager then offers us a refund, but we decline in favor of what should have been a delicious salad to go. 6:30, still no salad.
6:32 pm: we ask for a refund. The salads arrive in a bag, so we take them and go with the intention of eating them upon our arrival to the show. We get in the car, look in the bag: salad yes, forks no, napkins no, dressing no.
This Schlotzky’s is a dinner fail.

This place is great!!! I love coming here for lunch! The thing I love about this sub place verses other sub places is the fact that the meals are quality. Theres nothing like getting a hot and fresh toasted sandwiches. Its super busy at times. But they keep the drive thru rolling! If you check in on Unilocal you get a discount or sometimes even a small sandwich with purchase of chips and soda! Its super worth it! Outside of checking in on Unilocal,I have never had one bad experience in this location! The drive thru moves great and the inside is super clean and has plenty of sitting areas! Its neat and freshly done on the inside! The employees always seem happy and bathrooms are clean as well. Most people that come to this location are working professionals, so you will see a few people on their laptops. I love when I eat here that the food is served on a plate! Enjoy their selection of teas. I always go back for seconds! Enjoy!

Located in the busy intersection of N O’Connor and 114, it’s nice to see that one of the few places with a drive thru is a Schlotzky’s. During lunch hours the area can get pretty busy and the drive thru line can hit several cars (not quite apocalyptic like what you see at Chick Fil A), but it always moves through very fast.
As far as sandwiches go, Schlotzky’s uses sourdough bread and quality ingredients (for a chain, anyway) and bakes it slightly which definitely puts it above your standard Subway or even Jimmy John’s (at least in my opinion). This location seems to have a Unilocal deal going on if you use the mobile app, but nothing super special.
Great place to grab a quick bite if you’re in a hurry. They can definitely handle the business they get and I do stop by if I’m not feeling anything too much fancier (or tired of the Chipotle next door).

There is not much to say about this. I went to the drive-​through. I ordered chili. It was much sweeter than I expected.
The addition of cheese onions and jalapeño peppers made it passable. I certainly would not order this again intentionally.
I have no reason to give it more than three stars and there’s no compelling reason to give it less than three stars. So, three stars it is!

This Schlotzsky’s is nice and most of the time very fast and clean. Check in on Unilocal and you will get discounts at the register. The food here is very affordable and is always fresh. They also have a nice selection of deserts.

Great location with other «smart» food choices in same complex. Shop itself has a new hip feel with half moon bench seating amongst the normal assorted tables. Staff was very friendly and food prepared fairly quick despite the lunch crowd. Came back the following day and the manager Valerie remembered my face and introduced herself… very nice personal touch to impersonal fast food places. Restrooms were also clean.

This location just opened down the street from me, so I decided to give it a try.
Overall, the food was good. They were able to provide me with a list of the calorie counts for their items and I was able to find a very tasty sandwich to fit within my remaining calorie allotment for today. I’d ordered a cup of soup as well, but after paying for it they realized they were out of all soup except for the vegetable soup (not my favorite). So I substituted it for a fruit bowl. They were very apologetic and offered me to pick something for free to make up for it.
The people working were very nice, though 1 of them was clearly in training. It seemed like the store was still getting its legs from having just opened.
Overall, the food quality and selection is about what you’d expect from any similar restaurant. I’ll definitely be back, but wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here.
