Please advise… DO NOT use this service. The owner, Paul, is a complete liar! I used them in March on a referral. First, to speed things up for the movers, I had most of my packed boxes waiting neatly outside, ready for moving. They did a sloppy job at best, nicking most of my Haberdasher solid wood furniture collection. In regards to the prints and mirrors, Paul, himself placed about 10 prints and mirrors on top of each other in his own SUV because they did not fit in the moving truck. These items were not covered in the moving process and were heavily damaged. He reluctantly took one for repair over two months ago and is just now getting around to having it repaired after I threatened to file a police report. Terrible experience. Be warned!

This company is the worse company, and I do mean the WORSE COMPANY EVER. First of all Paul is a liar, he promised me something and never followed up on it.. He overcharged me for his fake service and I will never ever use this guy or company ever again.. He’s a scam artist, and his just out for your money, fake business, don’t trust him cause he’ll do it to you to like he did me. …The next call im going to make is to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.. maybe they can help. .He gets a rating of 0 stars..

Paul and his team packed all of our home’s contents and oversaw the move of them to our new home. They also did an excellent job cleaning the home top to bottom for the new owner! Paul and his staff arel very pleasant and professional. I would recommend Uptown Butler to help your move go smoothly!

Paul was recommended to me when I was looking for a ride to DFW airport.
I’m a bit anxious when waiting for rides, especially to catch a plane but no need to worry. I asked to be picked up at 6:30AM and Paul arrived at 6:30AM. The car was a new (er) Toyota Highlander, very comfortable. Paul had traffic information (I live near the dreaded LBJ) and I arrived at DFW quickly and safely. He is friendly & courteous.
The fee was reasonable and I will be using his services for another trip at the end of the month.
I have no doubt the other services provided are excellent.
