My first impression was that the office looked pretty clean. The staff treated me nicely, but Villalba never listened to me. I would tell her how hard my job was and she would tell me there was nothing wrong with it. 2 other girls were pregnant at my job and they both had restrictions basically doing nothing. While i was still expected to pull production. Running an entire 8 hour shift. Plus OT. While the other two were folding clothes in an isle not doing anything and leaving work at the exact time. When i went for my 9 week check up she said i had a missed miscarriage and that i would miscarry any time. And so i did. I feel like if she only had listened to me for one second, things could’ve been a little different. Could’ve been or not her fault. I still have my doubts. Not saying that she is a bad person… but i think she could have done more listening

Dr. Villalba is nice, but I didn’t feel like I get a thorough exam when I go to her. The first time I went to her for my annual, she had 2 other girls in the room with her staring at my hoo-ha, and the second time I visited her, I came prepared with a list of personal concerns that I had. Her explanations were pretty much some periods are just worse than others. Definitely looking for a new OB-GYN/Specialist.

The doc takes new appointments, speaks Spanish, and has a clean waiting room. biggest downside was not having the chance to fill out intake documents ahead of time. I was a little disappointed they couldn’t even email them to me to where I could print, sign, and bring them with me. That’s definitely something they should consider, along with an online appointment setter, to bring the practice into 2014.
