I had a procedure done by an woman doctor i believe by the last name of shah that ended up being botched and I ended up with a very loud ringing in my ear and who knows whatever else damage, I payed the co-​pay even though I was told I did not have to because I just wanted to get out of there. I Received a bill a few months later for additional money and after calling and explaining my situation I was called a liar by both billing department and kerri the main nurse who had to finish the procedure cause the doctor could not finish it correctly. Kerri was extremely rude and made up a completely different story saying that it was my fault that I worried the doctor by being concerned that I could not hear and I had a very loud ringing that ended up persisting months later. My health and safety was less important than lying to protect the inexperienced clinic.
