If you want a good old fashioned dentist who doesn’t charge the price of a new Mercedes for dental work — this place is it! My grandmother went to Dr Doug’s father (Dr Homer) and my family has been going here for the last 20 years. Dr Doug is honest and doesn’t do unnecessary work. My husband loves him and today we took our 11 year old to him. Much to our surprise — she loved him (and she hates all dr’s and dentists). My little sugar eating «I forgot to brush my teeth» monster had no cavities and he told us that she didn’t braces or oral surgery (which I thought she did). He could have done this all and charged me $ 10,000 but instead I’ll get a hand written bill from his lovely wife for a co-​pay (probably $ 50). If you don’t have insurance and need major dental work they are willing to work with you and charge about ½ of what other eastside dentists charge. Their office is like something out of «Leave it to Beaver» but hey, that’s why the keep their prices reasonable.
